Is Your Gut on Fire?

Let's dive into the relationship between gluten, grain, and leaky gut, as well as the role of heavy metals, alcohol, fructose, and food additives in contributing to gut damage and inflammation. These factors can lead to the development of autoimmune diseases and other health issues.
It is important to maintain a healthy gut microbiome and avoid substances that disrupt it. We need to be mindful of the ingredients in our food and the potential impact they can have on gut health.

If you give up anything, or at least rein back, it's grains. Especially if you live in America.

Hi Dr Peter Osborne. do you have any video about side effects of caffeine? i personally don't drink coffee but once in a blue I'd have a tea like chai tea and i never made the connection but that one cup made me feel horrible, and i had no clue, from heart palpitations to feeling dizzy like I'm going to faint, panic anxiety.... i know some friends that are on meds for anxiety and panic attacks, yet they drink energy drinks daily and don't believe that could be a potential cause. I'm curious what's your take on it? I'm definitely sold on the idea that too much caffeine especially chronically drinking could have potentially longer term side effects. Best health channel on YT and best doctor on earth! Thank You 🙏❤️ for saving lives

Hi, Minimize toxic exposures (eat whole foods, organic, filter your water, go in nature…). If your gut is really messed up, do the carnivore/animal based diet for a few months. There can be other issues such as mineral/hormonal imbalances but that’s too specific to cover here.

Consider seeing a naturopathic physician (ND or NMD)? There are some licensed NDs that are also licensed midwives - hope you can find one if you want to see one for testing & guidance!
