This is nothing against Billy Ray and I know this has nothing to do with this video, but I put in a order for a pair of Nicks boots and told them I wanted the big eyelets at the top. They emailed me back and said they would have to do a collaboration boot with Buckin Billy Ray to put those eyelets in there and that his was a one a kind “influencer” pair made just for him. That’s kind of a slap in the face to me. It’s not good enough to be a hard working individual paying hard earned money for “custom” boots but can’t get a simple option like that because I’m not an “Influencer” with a following!

I’ve watched a bunch of your vids and was wondering if I can ask a dumb question. I’ve been a sawyer for brushing contracts and I’ve started to file my rakers down below the teeth and was wondering if that’s suitable for cutting through hardwood that’s 1” to 12” in diameter. Some of the guys are still faster than me at cutting. We’re always competitive out in the bush and always like to show off our production to our clients. Wish I could learn more faster. Such as rakers and angles of teeth. So forth.

Nobody ever mentions: 3 THINGS--- 1&2 LONGEVITY, FUEL CONSUMPTION! Not per hour, but gpw-only fair way, IE: a test with a tuned saw vs. STOCK saw, MEASURING the amount of wood cut to the amount fuel used to time between re-ring & time before re- builds. FYI, - An 80cc motocross bike can make between 15 HP - 18HP!! maybe more but I'M pretty sure it would not last nearly as long as a STOCK chainsaw engine. Comments??? Please! So naturally, the question is- with the state of the art metallurgy and engineering- where do mods move the bar between engineered longevity VS power? Long term test needed! COMMENTS? AND... 3) . IF: You were to cut 100 rounds in a day, and saved 2seconds per round, thats only 3.3 minutes. If barely 4 seconds each, thats 6 minutes in a DAY. Now- SATISFACTION from running a perfectly suped up saw, CAN'T BE MEASURED!! And holds lots of joy! But all the other stuff.... CAN BE. Please share your thoughts, i wanna know.
