Thanks for doing this. I've always liked both, don't think I have a real favorite, but have always really liked the opening scenes of Werewolf of London, in Tibet. It's very enchanting.

I recently watched Werewolf of London for the first time and really enjoyed it! One of Universal's overlooked gems!

I was looking for a video like this for quite some time. As movies go I think Werewolf of London is more epic and extravagant. But The Wolfman has more depth of human emotion as you can feel sympathy for Larry Talbot's mental anguish. And even though the makeups are completely different from each other they both fit their own films perfectly.

I rewatched both of these today. Werewolf of London has some interesting touches, but ultimately does not resonate. The Wolf Man is a film noir/horror blend with a top flight cast and a thorough reweaving of folklore into 1940s popular culture. It's not even close. I can elaborate if you like.

Yesss, to me it is, way more atmospheric & better makeup job, tho Hull's performance was over the top at times
