@@PeteAxeShields What's your pro boxing record?
I find it incredible that even knowledgable people like Ingle cannot look beyond their bias towards Fury. Making excuses for his performance when the guy won 3-4 rounds at best is borderline nonsensical. The stats back this up, yet Fury die-hards are still maintaining it was close. It wasn’t. What’s more amazing is that many were backing Fury because of his boxing ability…! Based upon what? Victories over a well-over-the-hill 40yo Klitschko, and a trilogy against a guy who can punch but can’t box. That is his legacy. His record is conflated because of the exceptionally poor era he is in and if you need proof, then look no further than his loss to the only decent boxer he has faced, and who beat him convincingly. Fury ducked Usyk for good reason, he wasn’t good enough, and no matter what changes he makes for a potential rematch (which I don’t see happening), it still won’t be enough because I don’t see any area where he can improve to compete with Usyk.

One hundred percent right. Although Ingle seems like a decent man, he totally got it wrong when it comes to Fury. How can a guy who claims to have spent 30+ yrs in boxing say things like "the only weapon Usyk got is his right hook... and if you know that, it's so easy to just stand there, lift your right hand to protect your chin... and hit him with jabs all night long ..." it's unfathomable. Any person with half a brain understands that Oleksander Usyk has an arsenal of weapons. The overhand right hook happened to be his preferred weapon on the occasion. If Fury would have done what Ingle suggests, he would have seen more straight hands coming from Usyk than he could dream of. Also those who say that "the 9th round won Usyk the match.".. No, that was when Usyk's relentless pressure in every round finally broke through Fury's defense, when he found the opening and decided Fury was ripe enough för a full. on attack. That strategy and execution won him the match.

I disagree with him VEHEMENTLY about this idiotic " magnitude of the fight " attitude . That does not change the rules of boxing. A defenseless man taking big shots can suffer permanent brain damage damage or had his life taken in that situation. The referee has a duty to stop a fight under those circumstances. Please do not repeat this ludicrous idea that a high profile fight somehow warrants a reason to ignore the rules !

Go ask Usyk who his toughest fight, AJ or Fury. I will guarantee that he will say Fury. Congratulations to Usyk on winning the fight, a remarkable achievement, but there was only one man who needed hospital after the fight. He may not have broken his jaw but I hear from good sources he did break his orbital bone. Also, look at the Usyk v AJ first fight, AJ was hurt several times in that fight and took an absolute beating in rd 12, pinned on the ropes defenceless. Did the ref jump in then? No he did not. Look at Usyk v AJ 2, Usyk won comfortably and AJ was so disrespectful after the fight, taking Usyk's moment away from him with his silly speech, storming out of the ring, nearly getting into another fight outside the ring and even having a disagreement with Usyk's camp mate Lomachenko. Yet all u hear since the Usyk v Fury fight is that Fury was disgraceful, saying that Usyk only won due to the whole Russia invading Ukraine thing. Fury was on the whole respectful and let Usyk have his moment.
If Fury's legacy is in shambles then Usyk beat a bum and deserves no credit. See how much a narrative like this diminishes Usyk's win?

Dom has been in the game long enough to know this, but like so many in the British boxing scene he's hanging onto Fury's coattails in the hope that he wins because it will benefit him financially. His dad would never stoop so low.
Usyk is phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. Fighting a man 4o pounds, heavier and 6'9. To do what he did. Incredible. If Fury was in his best physical shape, which he was against Wladimir, not Wilder 2, maybe it would've been different, but either way, the right man won.

Legacy, listen let’s keep this 💯 real, who’s fury actually fought? Vlad about 9/10 years ago but ducked the rematch, possibly wilder 3 MF times but he’s just a one trick pony, can you honestly say dillian Whyte who already been sparked out by AJ & povetkin, then look at the people fury could of fought & ducked in his career, only reason SOME will think fury has a legacy is because of his shite talking, looking good vs the bums he hand picks to fight & just all the showboating saying he’s the best ever, truth is he’s overrated & wen you fight bin men near on all your career & then finally fight someone very skilled & probably the best boxer with tons of heart you’ll get found out, fury came in the best shape of his life,he ain’t never going to be no better & fitter than he was the other night & Usyk will be the same fighter but possibly fitter because Usyk already had 3 camps back to back then one for DDD & then another for undisputed, imo Usyk had over trained & that’s why he looked more tired vs fury than he’d looked in any other fight, yeah Usyk had to work harder because fury’s got such a long reach but he beat fury well & was robbed of finishing fury off in the 9th round,if fury shows up for the rematch & Usyk gets his rest & only does one camp,he will demolish fury & stop him much quicker but i honestly don’t think fury will show up & if he does he messes around with the dates

I was regional champion in my country in 2017, I follow boxing from the age of 12 and u have to trust me when i say that the 9th round saved Usyk from a possible draw/lose, that's it, then u can like it or not but is a fact, means that Usyk is weak? no, means that was a close fight, as i said stop follow this sport by reels and comments and stop this hate on a great boxer like Fury, last but not least if Fury is so shit the belt that Usyk won is shit too because he earned it by an easy fight.

@@roathripper No he didn’t at all. Fury got smashed to pieces apart from the middle rounds that he won. Usyk too good for him.
So dom didn’t see fury being saved by the referee by the standing count 😢 the criminal referee should have let fury knock out greedy belly
Glad this guy isn't a judge. He's a blind as a bat!
Great analysis.
Fury did better against Usyk than Froch did against Andre Ward. I scored Fury vs Usyk 114-113 for Usyk, but Froch vs Ward however was 117-112 for Ward,
No idea what these 'experts' were watching. 8-4 Usyk maybe even wider the on the second watch
First round a draw? Is this guy blind?

First round was really close I gave it usyk but a draw isn’t crazy
Great interview 👏👏
Great analyse thank you sir …
The ref stopped usyk from finishing him in 9 you are so biased bro

no he didn't . ropes kept him up so the referee made the right choice.

it's a subject that often comes up this thing about boxers losing their faculties - aside from Ali, nobody seems to put names to these 'bubble blowers'. Who are they and what's the statistics on pro boxers who end up in that state?
Brilliant interview
Ali lost the fight of the century to joe frazier is he remembered by it or is he remembered for fight after it and his avenged fight against frazier.fury definatly needs to fight usyk again .

Spot on as always dom.... 💯
Fuey dont have no great legacy. Average resume. Not fought enuf top fighters and never been consistent or disciplined. Mans still overated, old klit and wilder 3times 😂😂😂😂
Ingle is a Fury fanboy. Not accepting how good Usyk is and how he dominated Fury for most of the rounds just makes him look silly.

Boxers weren’t as pampered as they are now, it’s as simple as that, totally agree with Dom.

Dom ingle Talking The truth Best way. 👍
Wow them last words from Dominic were so powerful and resounding, more importantly correct!
Real talk!always great to listen to dom 👊
Brilliant interview! That man knows his stuff 👍👍👍
Great video, as usual Dom saying it as it is , straight to the point and with a lot of sense
Great interview
Was he taking an inhaler or kissing a cross!? FFS I can’t believe I just wasted half hour on chemtrail Dom
I like the fella who does these interviews, he doesn't shy away from questions 👏
The only rounds Fury clearly won are 5 and 6. Usyk out landed him every other round. He also controlled the pace and was the most aggressive. On top of all that, Usyk had much better defence because other than the 9th Fury threw more punches as he was being backed up. People are just bamboozled by show boating and watching Fury like fan boys. 😊

He caught Tyson flush several times in fact after he landed clean in round one Tysons nose was bothering him the rest of the fight and uysk landed more clean effective power punches completely biased Ingle Fury was gone on his feet know-one was home if the ref did not intervene he would have been flattened would he have got up maybe but he was hurt really bad Tyson struggled to land enough clean effective punches and Fury was show boating and getting out landed and out paced he was not in control he was loosing clearly
Could listen to Dominic Ingle all day, just seems so grounded with a very clear head on his shoulders. Another good interview that, he just speaks sense. I don't know much about the guy to be honest and I stumbled across a few interviews on the lead up to the Fury fight at the weekend. Worth a watch this 👍.
regarding the ropes, this man saw it as I saw it. great interview. I thought Tyson won at first but watching it back, Usyk won the fight. I wanted Tyson, but like Usyk more as a man. Great fight, and great interview.
17:02 "Do you remember that advice from Micky Duff?" Why ask this? Dominic literally just told the entire story coherently. Unless YOU wasnt listening
I'm actually glad the fight wasn't stopped...however what i will say is would the fight have been stopped if it was Tyson about to knock Usyk out in exactly the same way. Answer - yes it would have been.
This is exactly the same as Bowe vs Holyfield, they are just older fighters.
hes right about legacy it doesnt really matter how good people think u were when your punchdrunk
Furys legacy will always be the man who beat a post divorce Klitchko and a very limited but hard punching Wilder end of.
