Came across this channel whilst I was off sick! stopped watching Corrie a couple of years ago as it became as depressing and woke as Eastenders. Glad to see Steve Macdonalds and Tim and Sally are still in it, love clips like this, still makes me smile the way these characters haven’t changed.

The writing has been bad since 2020.

Sorry if I sound a bit sensitive lol, but isn’t what sallys doing classed as ‘coercive control’? Very mild maybe, but if Tim was to talk like that to sally, isn’t it controlling. I mean making someone feel guilty for going out with their friend?

Sally does have a fair point, Steve is single, Tim - isn't. And other women are going to get the wrong idea of Tim if by association he hangs around with singles. He isn't in trouble yet with Sally, but if you want a happy marriage and you're settled, then going out drinking with single mates isn't the ideal company you want to keep unless he wants to compromise his marriage. And she didn't tell him to fall out with Steve, that talk Tim recieved was very fair and wait until Steve gets it out of his system.
