Pheasant tail fibers in fly patterns is an industry staple and for good reason! It is an amazing material to tie with and is so universal for all sorts of tails, bodies, wings, wing cases, etc. CDC has also become a fish magnet of sorts. Its a super fishy material for both nymphs and dries alike. Give these a shot on the river and see for yourself just how effective they can be!
