We paid 4.5 million for Italian keeper Matteo Serini the last time we were in the Premier League, but that buy went a long way to us getting relegated, and eventually, George Burley losing his job, so the question of the day is, how much should we pay to stay in the Prem for one single player?

I would guess we have about £120m available … and would expect £100m to be spent on 4 or 5 quality players. Wouldn’t touch Lawrence or Lundstrum as neither is an upgrade on what we already have! 🤷

I would say 20 million because we are newly promoted however if we stay up and establish ourselves in the prem then in the future I can see transfers of around 30 million because the ffp restrictions will loosen 💙🚜

It is a hard one this Charlie, but if we paid 20 million for Omari Hutchinson then I would not complain too much. Fotis Ioannisis is an entirely different story though!

5 player's I think we definitely need a new 10 and number 9 so least get 30 goals between them and a top class keeper
