We bought one today! Weren’t even looking for a caravan but it was love at first site. Love the funky clean design. The stable door , the huge 2mx2m bed! And the raised fridge seems a great idea.

We have ours , just almost two years, here down under. We are very happy with it and easy to tow away not being a heavy caravan We drive it away with our Subaru XV and no hassle.
We've had ours for nearly 5 years and love it. Great build quality and as dry as the day we bought it. Best of all, it still makes us smile.

Will it be suitable for 2 adults and 2 children
Here from Down under we also bought one and we really enjoy it when caravaning around Australia.. we love the well designed compact model .

Have you taken it on dirt roads? How did it go? I am interested in whether it can handle Australian conditions well.
Cameron, that was without doubt the best review of the Action that I have seen to date. Especially your review of its curvaceous rear end 😂. Excellent review as always and will hopefully be an Adria Action owner in the next few years.

Thank you Tony, glad you enjoyed it! I’m getting into the swing of these reviews now, I can’t wait to share some more this summer!
"from one curvaceous backend to another" 😂 nearly spat my drink out
Your doing great!
I am not a fan of the exterior, but the interior is very nice indeed. I do have some reservations pertaining to the front 'spy window'. It feels a little claustrophobic, although the closing shot looked less so. It probably doesn't help that the caravan is indoors and parked tightly between a motorhome and another caravan. I firmly agree with you about the simple 'on/off' switch. UK caravans add 'features' where they don't need to and skimp on more important things like a third brake light (E.g. Bailey's Discovery and Phoenix ranges). Most homes here in Japan have a maximum of 3 hobs and no oven. I don't understand the need to have 4 hobs in a caravan. I think that this Adria's best feature is the positioning of the electric sockets. It gets the lead for your kettle, coffee machine or whatever up and out of the way. A dangling cable may not look pretty, but in a confined space like a caravan, not having a cable eating up counter surface space or worse, dangling over the edge is good! My biggest criticism though is why they don't make the ABS rear bumper a boot door to store long, light items. The new 2023 Basecamp has a box like feature on their rear door, but is nothing more than a useless design feature and the same applies to them too. I would like to know how this Adria tows as all of the heavy furnishings are at the rear of the van and I wonder what is at the front under the seats to compensate for the heavy rear end. It is time to get rid of those heaters in my opinion. They are very long in the tooth in 2023. This is a good choice of van, if you can live with the external shape.
Really very cool design at the rear lights🤠💥💥
Maybe I'm old fashioned. But my issue with Adria, is the lack of a chest in the lounge. Which also serves the purpose of a coffee table as well as storage
Hi Cameron. Out of interest, are you ever likely to feature any Fleetwood models in your classic caravan series? I used to live near their factory, and would be interested to see Fleetwoods appear on your excellent channel.
Really enjoy your videos and your presentation style. The caravan looks great. I love having the fridge at eye level for rummaging in the 'Vegetable Draw'. One thing I am always curious about on these reviews is the size of the bathrooms/toilets for us more well built guys! Would we have to be levered out with goose fat and a shoe horn!
from one curvacious back to another .....lol...you are so right !
Great review Cameron! I think this could tempt me away from a Swift base camp… 🤔

Thanks Matthew, I think with the rising cost of the Basecamp, it’s definitely worth exploring some of the alternatives. Though to be honest, I’d personally probably still pick a BC2 over this just for the larger kitchen and slightly larger washroom.
i will give it solid 8
Great review. Does this caravan have an awning rail to allow an awning to be fitted? Thanks
Small is beautiful (even when you're 6'2" like me - just slouch !) 😅
I agree an electric and one gas is perfect
Hello. My wife and I have been enjoying the same Adria Action model (2019) for more than a year. Action is really great, exactly as presented in this video. We go on weekend trips, main vacations, to the sea and to the hills, we slept at +35 degrees Celsius and also at -5 degrees Celsius. It looks very small from the outside but is very very spacious inside. The bed is as big as 2 by 2 meters - do even larger motorhomes have such a bed? During transport, I hardly know that I am dragging her behind me. It is excellent, we recommend it.

Are you talking about the caravan or your wife 🤔😱
Like kitchen, bathroom and agree with you about number burners. 2 is perfect. I think bathroom is missing heating vent which means can't use it as drying room. For bike owners they a trade front locker for option to fit bike rack, Discovery range is same. Like fridge location but not sure about lack overhead storage give small closet. Its a small tourer so something has to give. Small occasional table means always pulling out portable table for meals or using laptop.

Thanks for your comments Monty; I couldn’t work out if there was any form of heating in the washroom. I felt like that shower binnacle was hiding some kind of heating as it was set away from the wall, but there was no blown air outlet. I’m actually all for removing the front locker; distributing the weight throughout the caravan makes it tow better, front lockers tend to be awkward to access, and British manufacturers seem to struggle with making the locker bulkhead strong enough to sustain being towed! I agree that there’s not enough storage in terms of upper cupboards, but I’m not sure how much use any extra ones would be as they would have gone into the extreme curve of the roof at the front.

Just for info, there is a heating vent in the bathroom.
for couple i look to live in 1 of this to save money for real house it's may take me 6 years so what is the best option you can offer. i need good electric shocked , shower , and solar support (i live in warm claimant)
Do they have a space for a 100ah battery? How do you power your caravan off grid?
I thought the 4 berth Action was being released soon?
how you get the electricity from ? gas , sun?
Cameron, accurate dimensions ARE important, so it would help to know the exact length of the beds in order to discount the ADRIA if they're too short.

You’re more than welcome to view the official brochure for the exact dimensions, a link to which is in the description. This review is meant to be a general overview so that people get a feel for the caravan and what it’s like to live with. If people are seriously interested, they can investigate it further.
You should give the price at new and perhaps. I waited for some idea of that.
The aldis 304 compete s with this ,, please review 😊

The door would be on thr wrong side in Sweden if you got an LT.
Ceiling height looks too low to me
I like the outside but not the inside. I think the seating area is cool and uninviting. The Cushions would be the first thing to go. The curtains/blinds are naff. But if you forget about the Dull grey seating area the rest of it is well thought out and nice to look at. I like that two way opening fridge, would like one of them at home in my Kitchen. Good review but I won't be buying this one.
There is nowhere to put anything. I'd choose cupboards and storage over cool and contemporary
😱 Not for me. It'd be like living in a biscuit tin.
It looks better than the BC2

I've actually never used the oven. I personally prefer the speed and economy of the Airfryer. The empty own cavity has been stripped of the racks & grill pan and used as extra storage ☺️

Washing up must be a nightmare!
@deanjones8812

No, It’s not. You don’t tend to wash up when you’re cooking but do it afterwards. So we just place a drainer with a downward angled lip into the sink, over the top of the glass cover for the hob, no problems, plenty of room for washing up.
