@@lordenvincarnope, I’ve seen skinny dudes with a high neckline and it looks awful, it does give the illusion of a double chin even if you don’t have one. Necklines should be a straight line, just one finger above your adam’s apple, and fading the neckline makes it look better than a harsh line

I know I'm responding two months later, but this needs to be adressed. You do realise most times either the client's wish and the barber's vision of his wish don't coincide or the client doesn't really know which trim would suit him best. The barber could have easily trimmed waaaay lower and asked the client if he wants to take more or leave it like that. I can clearly feel the regret on that guy's face when he sees himself in the mirror. Not everyone wants to look like George Lucas

That's coarse hair. Coarse hair doesn't have to be curly or nappy, there are plenty of people with straight hair that is super coarse. Every barber knows this. "Coarse" has to do with the thickness of each strand of hair

@@imcubanbe3841 the saber trimmer is by far the best trimmers I’ve ever owned at least cordless and my andis t outliners are my sharpest trimmers and they are modified and hit so sweet with no irritation and holding on to my phat blade by andis and I’m not going to let them go and people have offered me up to 500.50$ for it but they are too exclusive can’t get them anymore and they discontinued them and I have no clue why cause they are so smooth and they’re what I’m used to for free handling
