I’m in Australia and just received the Vitamin x ordered 1 week ago, so happy with how they packed up the products. Love love love….

I wrote to their customer services last week asking whether there are any duty and import taxes for delivery to the UK. They replied within 1 hour saying that they are absorbing all costs to UK customers until there is clarity on what duties etc are payable. I was super impressed by the speed of their response as well as their willingness to make the buying experience as painless as possible for the customer. I’ve order all their products to trial for myself.

@@Chloe-sb4mx Hi Chloe, just place the order as usual. I think the limit for not paying import duty is £135. Personally, I stay below that limit in order to prevent any unexpected charges. Regimen do the shipping and take care of everything else their end. It’s like ordering from Amazon.com. You just pay the price of the item and everything else is taken care of of in the shipping charges. I think you get free shipping over €80 with Regimen.

I'm an aesthetician and I was really intrigued by this brand as it seemed really no-nonsense and science based. I tried all their products and I really enjoyed them. My favorites were the Level Serum and C.R.E.A.M. These really helped me with skin brightening and skin dehydration respectively. The only one I had an issue with is actually Vitamin X. I love the concept of the product and the ingredients. Unfortunately, it turns my face neon yellow and makes me look like a Simpson's character. I reached out to the company and they said they were aware of the issue and that this sometimes happens with people who are Fitzpatrick types 1-2 and use mineral sunscreen. I am both of those things. If you use a chemical sunscreen with the product or you have a darker complexion you probably won't encounter that problem. They also said they are reformulating to take care of this issue. All in all, they have awesome customer service and are great company.

CREAM has 2% real ceramides unlike other brands' moisturizers. Real ceramides are very expensive and other brands actually use very few ceramides or fake ones.

Sounds like a good line! I rarely use new products. I've been doing the same skincare for years and I'm loving my skin. No need to change.

Also, I want to mention that I'm that person who likes the same formula in different vehicles because many-many things just don't work for my skin simply because the formulation is too heavy for my skin and product "sitting" on top of my skin no matter how small amount I apply. I bought the starter set about five months ago and I definitely liked the vitamin X the best as well! I liked level also, not sure if I liked it enough to re-purchase but I would definitely re-purchase the vitamin X. Cream worked OK for me because I do have very dry skin. Wave was also irritating so unless they reformulate I would only use that on my body. Unfortunately the cleanser actually went rancid on me so I was only able to use it a handful of times. TBH that made me a little bit nervous about the rest of the products but I’m very happy to see them reviewed because I was also wondering why I wasn’t hearing more about this brand! I’m interested to see where they go from here but I do really appreciate their attention to detail I hope they stick to these five products and I would definitely try them again if they are reformulated!

I find that a lot of urea products just feel super gross and filmy on the skin,. I hope companies can improve on it, it is such a beneficial ingredient. I'm super excited to try regimen, vitamin X and Level serum look really cool! Thanks for the review :)

Love Regimen!! I love their willingness to educate on their website and on their IG. I’ve asked several questions and they’ve always responded in a way I can understand, which I appreciate! The Vitamin X stains my skin yellow that develops throughout the day. Super interesting but when I reached out to them, they said it’s due to it interacting with my sunscreen! Thought that was interesting. They’re working on an alternative version, but would only come out with it as long as it’s still a beneficial product. I love their honesty as a brand. I also found I wasn’t able to use Vitamin X and Level AND tret in one day. Sticking to one serum helped me so much. I also found that Wave stung and burned so bad! I wanted to love it, but it was too uncomfortable 😭

Another KZread reviewer (Chavy Chiang) reviewed the brand a few months ago and gave a great tip - use the Vitamin X at night instead to avoid staining. He said it's a double benefit because it gives the antioxidants more of a chance to penetrate the skin deeper before having to battle free radicals the next day!

@@nicolearnold6434 It actually varied! Mainly chemical and then I have another hybrid one! I noticed the yellow tinge got way more pronounced to almost a mustard yellow on some areas when I used a chemical one. I had no idea until the brand mentioned that to me! I still love the formula but honestly, won’t use it unless I’m just at home all day. I’m also Casper pale 😂

Dr. Dray, new(ish) subscriber here and I’m loving your vids! Would you ever please review Mara Beauty, a beauty/wellness/skincare company??? So far they have an oil based cleanser unlike others out there, a universal facial oil, retinol in oil, a Vitamin C serum, and a brand-new serum/oil mineral SPF!!!!! Plus a few other things here & there. They have a supplemental wellness drink too. Right up your alley!! Either way, I’d love it if you’d review them. They’re a more higher end company but are gaining popularity. Thanks, Dr. Dray!!!

If anyone wants to try canadian skincare I can recommend Jouviance, they really believe in being gentle and unfragranced, the products do work too.

FaceTheory and Geek & Gorgeous brand reviews please. P.S. The cleanser and moisturizer you demonstrated were travel sizes in the kit. The regular sizes are almost double what was shown.

OMG no! It didn't do anything to help my hyperpigmentation. IT's been 2 years. I recommend Tretinoin/Retin A and hydroquinone. Right now I'm using Wartners pen. I'm not going to recommend that because it's like a medium/heavy peel. It got rid of my xanthelasma. The Wartners pen got rid of a few of my liver spots on hands. It burns when you apply it. You can order it from europe only. Catch me again in a few weeks. I should have took pics. @@ritasharqawi7367

@@lilajane3 I absolutely love it. I’m using it for hyperpigmentation and it’s really clearing it up. My skin tone is much brighter and even. The only other brand that made my skin look this good was SkinCeuticals; and it’s too damn expensive. They have a great Instagram page. I found out about Regimen Labs from @MySkinisglass on Instagram. I believe there are about 2 other reviews here on KZread.

Thank you for the review. This brand intriges me. I think C.R.E.A.M. is a good price considering there's a lot more ceramides than in the CeraVe. And ceramides are very very expensive. Ceramides are also waxy so I understand it might peel under some suncream

As one of the unfortunate people that is sensitive to hyaluronic acid, I love that most of these aren't packed with a dozen different weights of the stuff.

YES, thanks for that! HA is in everything right now, drives me nuts.

I'm actually a huge fan of Inkey's 10% Niacinamide. I find I can use it as long as my skin barrier isn't compromised (but this goes with all products). I'm surprised how well it has helped me and my sensitive oily skin.

I used to have the worst dry skin on my body and I've been using Altruist Urea Cream for 3 months now... Omg! I no longer have crocodile skin, I love it x

I would really love a video on how people that swim in a chlorinated pool in the am and then run/bike or lift weights in the pm should take care of their skin getting sweaty multiple times a day. I appreciate all the information you provide to your followers!

I would like to hear your take on Geek and Gorgeous!

Having used a lot of products with high concentrations of glycerin or urea, I'm not at all surprised about the stinging. E.g. Aveenoo balm, Cicaplast hand balm, Neutrogena hand balm, anything with urea 10%… i recommend them to friends quite regularly, but always with a warning about stinging, especially on sensitive areas.

Second,Happy Friday Dr Dray ❤ Can you please make a video on Derms who say Sunscreens are not good or not necessary?? This is the sole reason for me for not going to Derm

The discussion and comparison w/ The Ordinary using 1-2 antioxidants per serum is valid, yes, but DECIEM does have a different brand (NIOD) which does have a cocktail antioxidant serum like Regimen Lab, called Survival. It's offered at a similar price point (think $25 CAD) as well, so it's better to compare NIOD with Regimen Lab as opposed to The Ordinary.

I wasn’t a fan of vitamin x at first but it grew on me. I think I still prefer skinceuticals phloretin cf, but I would buy vitamin x again. Also considering buying the level serum

The level serum that I got had a gritty/sandy texture. I reached out to them and they responded right away and will send a replacement! I hope that this time, it’s not gritty! I’m trying to simplify my night time routine and level serum got all the ingredients i’m looking for in a serum.
