Is This the Best Indian Food in Queens, NYC? (Angel, Jackson Heights)

In this video of NYC food around the world. I went to an Indian restaurant called Angel. It is said to be the best Indian restaurant in Jackson Heights, Queens with a rating of 4.9.
The food is mostly of Punjab origin but there are also some other regional dishes as well. The menu is fairly expensive and I always appreciate Indian restaurants that serve more than just the Indian staples, ie. chicken tikka masala (which is not even an Indian dish), butter chicken and so on. Btw this restaurant does not serve chicken tikka masala which is a sign of authenticity.
Food I got.

As an Indian, I’ll say that this might be the one of the best indian restaurant’s in Queens. However, the way the chef made Biriyani is wrong

Really appreciate the non-fine dining content! It's overwhelming picking good, cheap spots in Queens since there are so many. Definitely gonna stop by soon.

It doesn't serve chicken tikka masala, which is indeed a sign of being authentic. 😂

Hmm not me 😂 I saw this in an article written by Indian so I used this analogy. What’s different about South Indian salad/chaat?

That's chicken curry mixed with rice. I'm sure it tastes great..but def not Biryani. And this is not a Punjabi dish.

Well, the chef said it was Biryani... and I noticed that the takeout and dine-in versions of Biryani are much different. The one I had dine-in later in that video was indeed Biryani.

Yikes. Thanks for letting me know they have different versions. Thought about doing delivery from there.

I think for takeout it's not really possible to do the dine-in version cuz it's unrealistic for the restaurant to send you a pot with a bread covered on top. It's always going to be plastic containers.
