This area is apart of community redevelopment area and is already seeing a good bit of businesses move over. There are some great curb alerts here. Whether it's from an older person downsizing or an airbnb selling. Fb marketplace can be a gold mine. Are you looking to buy here or visit?
Even though I don't get over to West Augustine that often, I'm happy to hear about more parking options and a new music venue.

I think the goal is for a 2nd downtown for locals.
Love the kitchen, can't tell you how many houses in my part of Brevard County have godawful kitchens

Yeah, my friend Rick tried to start a boating repair and parts shop in that over 20 years ago but was too soon for the area. He would love to see it now, lost him 4th of July 08 in a boating accident 😢
