I know u just put this video out, but u liking the defender pro scout max? It is between that one of the stealthcams, fusion x or reactor. Do you like the browning strike force app? Leaning towards pro scout max, looks like a better monthly plan with browning. Your thoughts so far vs fusion x? Also the dual sim seems good, can you change between carriers to test the signals before activation? Thanks for the vid.

@@JoeTheFarmer I will be honest with you. I was really torn on the browning or the tactacam X pro. Having already owning 2 tactacam reveals that are flawless the decision was not easy. The night I got the browning home I tried to connect it and it said the camera was registered already to another name. I am guessing that meant it had been returned to the store. I messed with it for 2 hours with no success and took it as a sign. I returned it yesterday after Church and advised TSC of the issue I had. I then went and purchased the Tactacam X pro from Walmart. I am like you, I run a lot of cameras mostly year around. I have heard nothing but great things about browning and at some point I will prob pick up a few of the non cell cams. Love your videos brother! Keep it up! My 2 treeline TSC cameras are amazing for the 59 dollar price tag. Thanks for recommending them!

Glad you could return it. And appreciate your kind words on our channel! I love doing it and it's fun to meet people that like the things we do. Let me know what you think of the X Pro, I need to get it set up and get working with it but we are in season now so I VERY seldom go into the hunting ground unless I am hunting it. They seem to be good out of the gate; but it really comes down to build and how they handle the weather. I was running 4 and two are dead from moisture. They just aren’t built as well. Also, the browning uses a high quality processor so it consumes less battery (per an industry manufacturer). I am in no way “Team Browning” because they sent me some cameras. In our experience at the $100-$150 price point they have been the best.

@@JoeTheFarmer It appears the bad reviews came from people who had problems with the app or the cellular feature and support. They seem credible, (literate and articulated their issue). It gets tricky with carrier options, ios vs. android, firmware updates along the way, or possibly production changes. For example, yours might have a chip set different than latter production runs with the same model number because of supply issues. As you said, hard to tell! I've had good luck with Browning branded products, and although not a cellular unit, I couldn't help but notice the stellar reviews for their Dark Ops camera. But, if not cellular, I'd at least like a wifi unit since it takes a ladder to set up some of the best camera angles on my place. I wouldn't mind checking cameras on an electric bike purchased with the savings from a few years of cellular fees that I didn't have to pay while not hauling a ladder around at the same time. 😄 I guess we'll see what I figure out. Somewhat off topic but something you might find interesting... I am planning to run some traps beginning in fall and this will be the first year I fly a drone to check traps. My drone has a programmable waypoint flight path feature where it will literally fly itself and position itself to snap pictures autonomously. If only DJI made trail cameras that could upload to the drone via wifi. I'd be all in for something like that! Thanks for the vid on this one. Good stuff on a good channel. Subscribed.
