This video and analytical findings offers just a small percentage data and populations and small samples. Haven't you notice that there are peole who are gay before but now are straight. Are you satisfied with the data you have? Are you biased to people who does not know their gender then after some time they finally come up with an idea that they are a man. Looks like science is not on you. Do you want me to provide it for you? And let me tell you the truth, genderism and role plays are largely and may depend on the family dynamics and an individual's individual implications and aspirations largely affected by the society and community in general, but at the personal level it is adhered to insufficiencies of someone to be identified as man without a father figure or with father figure but inefficient and irresponsible or absentee in one's child(son's) need will render the son have an abnormal attraction and deviate from cultural norm and christian values which is heterosexuality affection and attraction. Personal and good relationship is highly encouraged. Trust , loyalty, and heterosexual family where a woman may be absent for the son to thrive its manhood/manliness sexual desires, or i may put them on the normal family- (heterosexual unit) wherein the wife should be obeying and submitting to the husband that is admirable and respectable in all obedience and reverence. For me i prefer truth and science, rather than man's individual perception of the world and personal opinions far from the truth and science. Gay brain study loses its significance when applied to the general population. We needan to take in charge, to be in charge, and to lead others to Christ and to godly behaviors accepting and worth praising. They need to be emotionally matured, both intelectual and spiritual so that they are capable of helping others and not hurting them. An abled leader! The family should monitor if the child is influenced by others such as the television, ask yourself if the program they are watching incorporates and symbolizes the truth and intrinsic quality of life and values the importance of family and tradition. Are they worth watching for or are their parents, friends, family etc, are there for your young child to have special parental guidance while watching that these media are not all true and that they need to say things which are for them and not. Then gender dysphoria can outright be solved by correcting their environments and bad influences to their developing minds. God given roles should be fulfilled and its value are of great importance because it tells you who we should and who shouldn't be. We are loved and we stand corrected in the error of our ways. Making and doing things wrong are humanly, but forgiving and loving truth, are truthfully divine and awesome qualities I wish others also have. Let us say that teaching your conscience is absorbing wether you are taught right then in social science we have what we called as relativism "truth is relative" (the society dictates which is right or wrong, and conscience is subjective not objective = you can be right even if you are wrong) but in Christianity we have absolute truth and that is God. Bible is the hardest thing you can disprove as unreal and unscientific and unhistorically accurate, authoritative and valid.

I listened to man instead of God my whole life they always said homosexuality is not in the Bible or it’s man and child or it’s just love. I was bisexual for 18 years I’m 23 now and I always thought I was born this way until I started questioning if it was okay. It was always in the back of my mind when I was with the same gender and God showed me it wasn’t okay, the reason I like the same gender was because of sexual abuse from the same gender I was 6 and she was my teacher. That is what created me gay and perverted my mind. Jesus will not shame you he loves you all equally so much. He just wants to help you and save you turn to him before it’s too late when he comes back he won’t be merciful anymore. Jesus delivered me from homosexuality, video game addiction, depression, self harm, gay relationship, fear etc… he can to you too. Stop listening to man and start listening and following God read his word (the Bible) and see for yourself or just talk to him and he will show you anything and help you with anything.

Would you say it is the same Jesus as yours? You have the right to have your view of Jesus (inaccurate but hey if it makes you feel happy, good for you). But YOUR Jesus wouldn't like that you weaponize him / your faith to spread hatred on already marginalized groups. I agree with you, Harvey: 'homosexual' is a verb denoting an activity, it is not a noun denoting identity. There are no 'homosexuals' or 'heterosexuals,' there are just people, some of whom like to have sex with their own sex, some with the opposite sex, and some with both. Why then do we persist in calling ourselves gay or straight? Obviously, it's for political reasons. We don't want to be persecuted or discriminated against just because we like to sleep with members of the same sex. It's a banner under which we organize politically.

You bring up an important point regarding the categorization of people. This is precisely the reason for the term " homosexual lifestyle " it categorizes a group of people in order to make it easier to vilify and demonize them through subjective comparison. The reason that we never hear the term " heterosexual lifestyle " is because there is no need to categorize heterosexuality with such descriptively inherent connotative oversimplification in order to subconsciously justify contempt and hatred through subjective comparison.

I feel like the theory here kinda does answer the question. If there is a divergent neural development, something may happen where it is not a one or the other. Like, it’s not developing a 100% gay or straight brain but winds up somewhere else. It also depends I think what we consider bisexuality to be. Is it bisexuality if a man engaged in sexual activity once or twice with another guy? What the level in which we consider a person bisexual? As for asexuals (currently an even small population group) perhaps the same neural development is just underdeveloped. That’s all I can think of. But essentially the answer according to this is finding the parts of the brain that influence sexuality during development.

I’m currently a teenager who is confused about there sexuality and watching this did clear some confusion that I had about mental perception. But it almost made me feel like less of a man and how a man should be even though biologically I am male.I think I might be bisexual but my situation is really complicated and I’m just not sure if I actually am. I really really wish I was just 100% straight and “Normal” so I wouldn’t have to deal with any of this confusion which I think is unnecessary and people shouldn’t have to deal with this. I’m know I’m not the most stereotypical “Gay teen” but I do lean more towards the feminine side based on how I present myself. At school people would catch on to this and everyone thought that I’m most likely gay. Just to add, I have one very close best friend that is male and people at school have asked questions like “Are you dating him?” Even though he is just a friend and I have never thought about him in that way. Also I live in a very conservative part of the country were there is no gay people that have came out in my school and practically nobody fits the stereotype of being gay. I feel like I will always wish that I was strictly straight and never questioned anything. In my situation it’s so hard to accept who I am and I now don’t even want to accept it.

I think the sex of the person you are thinking intimately about on your verge of ejaculation is a good indicator of your orientation. Short form is "your penis knows what it likes". There is no urgency to decide, so take your time and try to develop into the best human you can be. I think there is a whole 0-6 point Kinsey scale of hetero/homo. and you can be attracted to both. 0 = exclusively heterosexual and 6 = exclusively homosexual.

They may not understand all the technical terms and processes, but they certainly should be able to recognize that sexual identity is multi-faceted and that conversion therapy, Bible thumping, and general hatred of anyone different than they are will NEVER change a thing about a person’s sexuality, whom they love, or how they express that love.

beerbatov I don’t know what’s your sexuality. What I can tell is that when one is born homossexual one will overthink everyday of life. What’s wrong with me? I am different, why? I don’t like that! No one must know about it! What will happen if someone finds out? What my family will do to me? Nothing will be the same. I don’t want to get hit! I will never be happy! Why the world is so hostile? Why people are so stupid and aggressive about it? Should I tell friends? What will happen if I tell anyone? That’s what we overthink while we are talking about ordinary things with friends and family things. Sometimes we are smiling but screaming inside! I wish I could simply enjoy life right now, but after 30 years screaming inside, denying my thoughts and my feelings I just don’t know how to deal with it. I feel like I have created a character to interact with other people. I feel like I don’t know who I am. I have hidden myself harder and harder and harder that I don’t have a mental basis to enjoy anything. Every time I am about to feel any joy the same time my brain starts to process that it’s not real. I guess when you suffer for such a long time you get used to suffering. It becomes a part of who you are. Furthermore if you get told all the time for so many years that something is a shame, dirty, filthy, indecent, ridiculous, an abomination and dangerous it’s really hard to feel good about it even after you are grown enough to know the truth! You are living a lie for so long time that the truth is painful and strange! Is it worthy to live like that? I am sorry if I am being annoying! But simply enjoy life is a matter of choice not for everyone!

No. And a depression is not homosexuality's fault. It's the society that has to learn and being tolerant. Don't massacre yourself with those thoughts. Are those thoughts useful? No. So don't think them. It's a big mental exercise, but try to surround yourself with friends, activities that you enjoy, a boyfriend, whatever. And the later this develoent occurs, the more the individual orientates toward homosexuality? I'm a bisexual man who massively prefers other men to women. In school (ages 11-16), I was homosexual. Could this change be to a secondary delay in my sexual development, begining my partial orientation towards heterosexuality? For further context/information, I have Asperger's (I'm autistic).

My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continu- ance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. Also in John 1:3 (KJV) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. Jesus said: 'And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.' Firstly, the thought of choosing your sexual orientation doesn't make sense to me and never has (I'm Gay). I'm a bit of a scientist myself, so when talking about homosexuality I always ask the other person, "Did you choose to be straight, or did you simply always know you we're attracted to men/women?" The answer has never been yes, everytime I ask, they always say I am just attracted to men/women and always have been. Well, it's the same for me, I've simply always known I'm attracted to men, and the possibility of me being attracted to women has never occured to me. When I speak with other gay people regarding homosexuality, they said the same thing, some have questioned whether they actually liked women or not, but they have all explained that they simply have always liked men, negating the possibility of a choice, everyone seems to know. I think that the answer to homosexuality is alot more simple than that which we ponder. Perhaps, sexuality is simply a scale and we lie wherever we lie. The brain is obviously wired differently, and there are obvious discrepancies when observing a homosexual and heterosexual neurological system, but thats not to say its irregular. You can compare somthing like OCD (which I have) and Homosexuality. 2.3% of the world has OCD, imteresting. It's estimated about 21% of the world is homosexual or bisexual. It may not seem like much but 2.3% of the world having a known neurological disorder, and 20% being Homosexual, is a huge difference, and could infer that it's nothing more than just a scale that different individuals lie on.

I think you underestimate the power of hormones and how malleable the brain is in a develping fetus. In a fully developed human emotional changes can physically alter the structure of the brain which of course still works through hormones. What you are saying is analogous to saying that chemicals do not significantly impact living organisms, If hormones give each sex its physical characteristics then it is certainly capable changing how the mind is structured in a developing brain.

Hi Chris from South Africa here! Evolutionary biologist in training. What youre referring to is known as the "gay uncle" theory and it has substantial evidence supporting it, however, the theory is still being debated. Basically the outline of the theory is that homosexuality acts as social glue among social animals! Think of it as an ant colony phenomenon... Where the queen can selectively uncoil certain dna strands to either birth worker or soldier ants. It is being speculated that this may somehow be the case with humans and other soecies as well...think about it... Gay people tend to have very distinct personality traits unique to them... If a mother is subjected to lots of stress and other factors then it is likely she will give birth to a gay child... A social glue so to speak. Hope this helps😁

Oh sorry saw you were talking about asexuality as well. This is not really being investigated as of yet as we still have much to understand about the evolutionary and biochemistry involved in homosexuality alone. Asexuality is a bit hard to explain and comprehend with respect to evolutionary biology simply because it seems counterproductive to the biological norm of reproducing and passing on genetic traits to the next of kin. Sorry for not reading properly the first time😂

Gavin Alexander ops I’m sorry. That might be true. Although the term for twins that share the same egg and sperm is “identical twins” and not just twins. And I wanted to be specific on what type of twins we were talking about. Even though if they aren’t genetically identical it sure is the closest it could be. And as written 75% of “identical twins”, share the same sexual orientation. Which is interesting since it might show that you’re born gay, which I strongly believe. That percentage is not the same in “non identical twins”. What are your thoughts on that Gavin? /

@@simonmccullough942 I don't have any thoughts on it. I was just trying to stress the fact that "identical" twins are not actually genetically identical. I had this discussion with a few twins, twins usually involve identical appearances (usually) but they are not 100% the same. I don't want to go too much into detail but it involves genitalia (the penis/scrotum). What I have noticed is, it has to do with probability when it comes to twins. The first born is more likely to be gay depending on how many boy births the Mother had, the probability is low if it's one of the first. Almost always, the second twin is different than the first especially with triplets. As a result, the chance of the first twin straight and the 2nd gay is extremely high.

After reading at least one teen here say, "I hope I'm not less of a man" I would say that being a man is less about WHO you are intimate with and more about HOW you treat yourself and the people you care about .. the men I admire the most are the ones that use whatever strength or power they've been endowed with to encourage people, to protect the vulnerable, to lift people up instead of tearing ourselves and others down. The stereotypes aren't real, I know a sea captain who can swear like a sailor, works his fingers to the bone, but still enjoys knitting .. so whatever.. as long as you aren't being hurtful or abusive, just be you .. people will either like you or they won't, that's okay .. helpful information If you are gay or transgender and know someone who is, this is important information! Sexual orientation is determined in the womb during fetus development. Various hormones are introduced at specific times to accomplish this. The fetus plays no part in this process. A person is born with predetermined physical, biological & psychologic features. It is, therefore, not a choice & consequently not a sin & not immoral. It is a natural path of our evolution & found commonplace in nature. Medical research in this area clearly explains this process. Those who believe it is an abomination do so based not on facts but on religious authority. It is their right to believe this and I understand them. It must be made clear however, it is based on religion not science. If you are truly interested in the truth based on knowledge, the book Gay, Straight & the Reason Why by Dr. Simon Levay explains this with numerous research articles. If you want to understand the truth & have respect for others & yourself, this book will help. It also has, unlike the bible written over 2000 years ago by men that had no understanding of science, an extensive bibliography. I strongly recommend the book. If you chose to respond to me, please read this book &/or the numerous articles referred to in the reference section before hand. The public must be exposed to facts & knowledge. It is an obligation for those who know the truth & must defend it. Don’t let the religious pull you down to their level of ignorance. Peace

The only problem is religious people, let’s say men, thinking when they stick their penis in a woman they are somehow blessed and do some holy act, whereas if they do it to a man they go to hell. It’s dumb and hateful and how a person becomes gay is irrelevant to me. It doesn’t matter if someone has a choice or not or if its wired in the brain, its not bad. The only thing that is bad is this judgmental part of religion. Would be more interested to see the brains of people that have these backward thoughts.

But if upto 10% of the population is gay, how is this so called "defective" trait occuring so consistently? More recent theories which suggest that homosexuality may be a natural variation of sexual behaviour - caused by a multiplicity of factors - seem more plausible to me.

You don't have to accept a "gay identity" or "straight identity" or LGBTQIA+ specification. These sorts of labels more often than not reduce you to an avatar of a stereotype. Just be yourself, love who you love and insist on being treated with the same respect and dignity you show to others. Focus on your physical, mental and financial health, and surround yourself with friends who live out the values, morals and beliefs you want to internalize. No one should feel a need to accept an abusive situation. Take action to change your situation, and never be afraid of asking for help. Life does not come with an instruction manual sadly, but tapping into the experience of someone who has navigated similar challenges can save you a lot of pain. We don't all have to learn life's lessons the hard way, or brave the wilds alone. We can learn from others, and sometimes Frodo needs a Gandalf or Sam to lean on.

I’ve always wondered this because in natural selection, homosexuality would have ended a long time ago. But still here I am completely unable to stop fantasizing about guys. So scientifically, why is this still a thing?

Gavin Alexander they said it was because not having children would be a flaw to natural selection. Let’s say you’re part of a small tribe and if half of them were gay it would probably end the tribe’s existence in a generation or two.

@@raulantunez4228 *"Gavin Alexander they said it was because not having children would be a flaw to natural selection."* Not necessarily. There are numerous traits and/or biological conditions that hamper and/or impede reproduction. Infertility among heterosexuals is a factual occurrence. If nature and natural selection weeded out any and all traits and/or biological conditions that negatively affect reproduction, then this would not occur. So any claim that natural selection absolutely zeros in on, and eliminates traits and/or biological conditions which hamper and/or impede reproduction, is demonstrably false. *"Let’s say you’re part of a small tribe and if half of them were gay it would probably end the tribe’s existence in a generation or two."* You just constructed a false scenario. Same-sex attraction only occurs in an estimated 2-6% of the population. Not 100%, not 50%. So the scenario which has been constructed to make the point doesn't represent reality or what occurs in nature, therefore, is not a valid argument to present in defense of your claim regarding natural selection.

You have Woman sweat, woman sweat brings both Straight Men and Gay Women. The chart indicates that each sweat coming from different bodies attract a straight one and a gay one. Remember gay indicates they have the opposite brain, Gay Men have Straight Female Brain, so, Gay Men are attracted to MEN SWEAT.
