Because I'm a geek, Torx is used generally as it has a greater contact surface area, reducing the chance of rounding off the bolt head and creating more torque.
Great review 👍🏻 i own a pepper laminate bolt action version of this ,well pleased with it, no problems at all, super accurate! Just ordered this self same one from May's of London as i would never set foot in Airgun centre again.
I have had a one since launch have added a carbon bottle and had no problems it’s in .177 and have original mags

Great review . After all the problems with my R12 and hence getting rid of, I personally wouldn’t touch one again .

Good review again fellas. Would it be fair to say though that apart from having a cocking side lever a carbon bottle and an uprated mag that that is the R10TH

If u get a good un.bsa r great.but getting a good un is hard at times.. not worth nearly 1450.thou.....
What mounts are used to mount scope in this video ?
I have the metal magazine for my 177 R12. Ive had the pellets jam once. If i buy the plastic magazine will it fit ?

I have the r12 very nice riffle. I have the same scope but keep getting a white ring when looking through it. What is it please

Not sure of a white ring, normally you'll get a black ring inside the scope when your head is looking through it in the wrong position

@rangecountryairguns5883 that's what I thought but defo a white ring like I'm not got my eye to scope right. But I know I have. Put a sun shade on it and still the same
