The Chief Minister of Bihar, India's poorest and the most corrupt state, flying to election rallies in tax payer funded helicopters is probably the biggest slap in the face of every honest Bihari and tax paying citizens of this country. I live in Switzerland, and I have never seen a political candidate fly in Helicopters to election rallies. Hell, many of them travel in cycles to office daily. India is not a democracy but a plutocracy.

Dekho nitish was a factor at that time because he had a certain good vote bank which is not true and not same anymore. When he was in opposition he looked like a person who has ideals and his own meaningful opinion on things but when he returned to bjp he proved his nickname right Palturam.
