I bought some Evo a couple of weeks ago. They are awesome! I was using mainly jackhammers but the Evo is definitely giving them a run for their money. That tungsten version is gonna be the deal!

Yes it does.

The "rebound" of the blade goin from side to side after hitting hard tungsten should give it a tighter or should I say faster "clack" as the blade is bouncing off the tungsten from side to side faster because if the harder tungsten head. I call it the "rebound sound", absolutely will get smoked!

Miles, I’m going to start supergluing my elaztech. Do you recommend gel or liquid and why? What container size or features do you prefer?

I really like the Avid Angler Solutions Fishing Glue. I have no affiliation with them and thought it was just like other blues but it is way better. The main reason I like it is because it doesn’t seem to gum up in the tube as bad and it lasts way longer. All other glues are great until it just dries up in the container.

How does it hold up on rocks? My lead head chatterbaits get boogered up quick around rock.

You know I really can’t speak to that, but I will say if you’re talking about fishing it around rocks it should hold up well because tungsten is much harder, but it’s also more brittle if you hit it repeatedly against rocks you might have an issue but overall i think it will work well.

Did you use the tungsten Jackhammer before this was released? Does it hunt about the same as the lead version Evo?

I’ve had the prototypes since last October. They will hunt very similar to the regular EVO, and maybe even better because of having less drag.

I know a guy who could use some of these 🦍
