My dog is part Chihuahua and part Pomeranian. My dog looks just like these guys except for the ears

Ironically, we owned a Pom when I was a kid and it bred with the chihuahua next door.

Their ears make me ponder if it physically hurts for them to be in a house environment since their call is so high pitched

@@nekoill The screams sound louder outside of a house than in a house. I follow people on you tube who own fennec foxes and I have heard them scream in their houses many times and it is not as loud as one would think.
