The Mazda concept car had that headlight shape they give it to look of the early to mid 80s that had a hidden headlights which was very slick at the time until the headlights popped up !! Which is a very beautiful look, and now with modern technology headlights can be integrated very easily because you can make them so small now!!

haha please make a video on the CX 70 unveiled today. Edit: Just finished the redesign and that looks very good. I would love to see that front end on an updated Mazda6!

kinda hiddeous but points for boldness and daring! defs unmistakably mazda but they've been steadily moving away from the 'sleeker' kodo in favour of the new chunkiness of the CX-x0 models, which I feel is happening right on time. but i'm a bit of an oddball. still waiting for the new mx5 face to grow on my but definitely not a fan. still, it's different and not just like another cx5/cx8 etc. I think they've aged, as nice as they (and the mazda 3 look/ed). have you been checking out the cx-70 reviews? a very minor redesign of the cx-90 for cost-cutting and weight-saving. wondering whether the final production-ready models will have even greater differentiation from this. today was the reveal date and it's possible that they were running behind schedule. the 70 was supposed to be more of a coupe version and they did try to make it look more coupe-like but mainly using the colour black and optical illusions at this stage.

The DRL's you put for the redesign would actually be a really cool touch. I like it!

Mazda really needs to go back to that sharp and sporty kodo grill design. This current grill looks more Cadillac than it does Mazda. The 3 and CX-30 still have the sharp grill thankfully but everything newer has a duller and boring grill

Lol this looks like a Mercedes with BMW M4 taillights

CX-90 center concole is a waste of space... this car is so lacking in cubbies, etc to store stuff.... They couldn't have packaged that more efficiently in the center console?... storage under the armrest is also shallow!

Desgins that need giant wheels to look good = designers didn't do their jobs... cars should be designed to look great in practical applications... giant wheels are not practical.

Sadly the rear taillights look like BMW

Lots of sidewall > giant wheels with near zero sideweall... Giant wheels are always ugly and stupid!

The alternate drls make it look like a sleepy fish. 👎
