I agree but, the reason a Dino was a Dino is because it wasn't a 12 cylinder. Enzo said that "All Ferraris have 12 cylinders." So you're right. It's not a Ferrari, it's a Dino.

A 296 sounds better than the SF90 and looks good. Also it's more sporting than the SF90. Get it if you want to😄

I love this car. I’ve been a Porsche and corvette fan, but this will be my next car. I plan on selling my 911 and getting the 296. Waiting to see if a Spider comes out next year

Yes, yes, and yes! It would be amazing new content and the car is just stunning. Add in the Assetto Fiorano package and it should be an amazing track car. I love that it is the right size for a sports car too. So many are becoming huge these days. Artura is nice, but I don't think it holds a candle to the 600LT, at least until they come up with an LT version of that. This would be something different and, to be honest, what enthusiast doesn't want to have a Ferrari in the collection? I'll take mine in Rosso Scuderia, thank you :). Great video as always.

I love how Ferrari made a V6 sound quite a bit like a V12. I would take this over the Mclaren Artura and Maserati MC20 for that reason. I think it also looks stunning

Amazing car!!! Love Ferraris but definitely no Ford GT IMO! And also that flat plane crank C8 is going to be a BEAST!!!! Much rather see one of those!!

Sounds like a vacuum cleaner, and it should have a 3-tip exhaust like the 458 or a 488 setup, really hate the tip on this one, and did I mention a Dyson sounds better?

The 296 GTB and the Artura would brighten any garage

I saw this exact same car in person. I noticed Ferrari still hasn't realized they have the front wheels on backwards. They're directional and they're facing the wrong direction. The rears are correct.

7:59 would have been a great moment for the dealership to explaining to people that Formula 1 cars actually have a hybrid v6 system. Still far complexer and more attuned to race car dynamics and characteristics but still on the surface similiar. Well but you could also f**k it up and say they have 4 cylinder engines and then ask people to make huge deposits hahaha

The dealer guy doesn't know what he's talking about--F1 cars do not have 4 cylinder engines, they are currently using V6 hybrids.

Not a big fan and I don’t think it so easy a great track car. If you a Ferrari to track consider 458/488/F8/Speciale/Pista.

Lovely car. Slow release. No one has driven one yet. Like Artura. Bad sign. Fear that, for both, their beauty is only skin deep.

Of course it's a better car. The Artura is McLarens new entry level car. It's a sports series. Meanwhile, the 296GTB replaces the F8, which is Ferrari's main mid-engine offering. Honestly, the Artura seems a bit misguided to me, a step back in terms of performance. Ferrari nailed it with the 296GTB, if you want to convince the world that the eco-friendly, small displacement, hybrid future is a good thing, you gotta make it outperform what came before

F1 cars have 1.6 liters V6 engines, not 4 cylinders mate

If I didn’t have to deal with Ferrari I would buy a Ferrari. All their games and rules put me off as a buyer. Nice to drive one and give it back. Owning one is different

The C8 Z06 is a styling disaster. And I have a deposit on one and still feel that way. Proportions don’t even compare to a car like this 296GTB because of the sacrifices built in to its design in order to be all things to all people ..... such as being able to hold 2 golf bags in the trunk

@@jameswillard1 the wheel fitment on this Ferrari is beyond horrible. And the front bumper looks so plain with that double stacked look. The whole car overall is too soft/round and smooth looking, it looks like a mini speed boat. As far as power, C8 with a few upgrades will smoke this thing, at a fraction of the price.

@@TheRedRaider806 ironically it’s the wheel fitment (and wheel design) on the C8 that is where it really falls to pieces. Every single one of them looks like it’s sitting to high and wheels are to recesssed into the body. Usually the Z06 versions treatment fills out the stance nicely but everything I can see so far it appears that hasn’t worked on this version because it still looks awkward and tall. The Z06 and any other C8 is an amazing value still and that’s why I am getting one, I just wish it wasn’t so Chinese knock off looking and had a better/more cohesive design. As far as a few mods to a C8 and it will smoke this 296 GTB....... NOT IN A MILLION YEARS! This 296 has 820HP! and it’s lighter than the C8. What mods on a naturally aspirated car do you think you’re going to get for a few thousand dollars that will destroy this Ferrari? I think this Ferrari will destroy everything (that isn’t EV) with that insane power to ratio
