Agreed. The people that CAN afford this though are some of the douchiest here in Vegas. Passing on the shoulder, double parking/handicapped parking (definitely not handicapped) and of course excessive speeding, because they're obviously above the law since they own this car....

The 63 is for the 6.3 liter engine.

@@HomieDoMore it's is no longer a 6.3L engine. This changed a few years ago and people were asking why they kept the 63 when in reality it's a 4.0L engine. Naturally aspirated was a 6.3, by putting twin turbos it became a 4.0L

Awesome video Joe. That car is insane. Still so much money though. I think I'd rather have 3 badass different cars for 180k but that's just me. Any plans to do the M5 competition? I know you did the regular M5 but I've heard the competition is an even better package overall and I'd be curious how it would stack up compared to the GT63 S.

Yes you did. No C in the name of this AMG GT 63 S. There is a 4 door Mercedes CLS but that is a " normal" or pure luxury sedan but it does have some kick to it. Doug DeMuro reviewed the CLS on his channel a while back.

Right. There's no C. Just GT 63s. I believe Joe added the C. GTC meaning Gran Turismo Coupé. Which the GT 63s is considered a Coupé. A four door sedan with a sloping rear. So technically the GT is a Coupé. It's just when it's said. It is said GT 63. Joe just sprinkled the C for extra taste. 🤗

That sticker on that sliding cover HAS TO GO! I know its safety but my God is that ever terrible😪

Cg3 thats reserved for the GT73, its gonna have a hybrid drivetrain with 800 hp. It may have only 630 hp but this car is all about torque, 660 lb ft which is most than most supercars on the road.

Love this car! The Brabus 800 s63 amg is even crazier but there aren't too many videos of them :( I guess coz they are relatively rare. My favourite is the loud crackles from the exhaust.

7:39 Joe, I don’t know what you did with your audio setup but the clip of the exhaust note was really good this time around! If I had to ‘zonk’ one of your videos it would be the exhaust note portion. I know how you like to pan out the camera to get the full rear view of the car but the exhaust note sounds totally muted. It sounds ridiculous at the surface level but a car’s exhaust note really adds to or takes away from the character of the car as much as the overall driving experience. Euro 6 emissions standards forced the Germans to hush up the sounds their cars were allowed to emit; many complained that the mid-cycle refresh ruined the 2020 C 63’s sound compared to the 2019 model year even though the changes were minimal at best. I think many would agree that we wouldn’t mind seeing you hold up one of those giant fuzzy mics up close to the exhaust to get better audio when you rev up the engine. I can imagine exhaust notes will only worsen as emissions standards go even higher so this will increasingly be more important when buying a car, especially a high end sports car.
