Thanks for checking it out dude! It's certainly been an interesting experiment doing the Teflon. I'm glad it's generally being well received. Not the direction I thought the Vulp would ever go in, but here we are haha. I personally enjoy it a lot, and we have a lot of new colors coming too. @@BladeBias It's not really a matter of "if we deem it worthy", it's moreso deciding how much time we want to be spending developing and releasing products vs. doing what we truly enjoy the most, which is making videos. Unfortunately balancing both is a huge challenge on top of having four separate product lines now, and trying to produce more and higher quality videos more frequently

The vulp ring is insane it definitely shows the improvement in tuning. I've spent a lot of time tuning my vulp, putting it on aks washers, and it has a similar ring/ping. Seeing an out of the box vulp with that level of tune is really cool to see

i’m surprised your “first” impression isn’t as drastic as mine was lol i remember sitting on the floor at wills for like a solid hour just switching back and forth between the teflon and regular vulp and my mind was blown lol im a big texture person and the grip makes such a huge difference

Teflon is a chemical coating that makes the pot/pan non-stick but is sort of toxic (edit): thats why we say dont use metal on a non stick because it will chip micro pieces of the Teflon and will over time poision you I lowkey might get this

My Vulp has never had any ring. Then again it's never had good tolerances, so that checks out. The ring on the teflon Vulp is crazy to me

I produced, shot and edited that Short, the Vulp I used was a freshly lubed and tightened Vulp that's about 2 years old, I didn't do any sound editing to any of the balisongs in that short

​@Lemacing I have the Teflon vulp and the canyon trainer blade. I would say the Teflon vulp is better and looks better (in my opinion), but it's also more expensive. I would say if you've flipped before and you're sure you will use it a lot get the vulp, but if you're still unsure, go with the cheaper canyon.

My problem is I can't afford to buy a decent trainer, because I'm stuck in a skilled nursing home trying to heal a stage 4 wound on my under side hip, from being paralyzed since I was 20 years old,38 years ago,58 now paraplegic and this is a great hobby for me.
