Wow the streets still have that peaceful quiet resonance to them i remember from back in the 1980's. Back then it was mostly Italians along with a good mix of young latinos. I used to go to the movie theater on Fridays that was near Elderts Lane after heading out from Franklin K Lane high school which was right next to Cypress Hill Cemetery. Ha ha seeing the BOAR'S HEAD truck brings back memories of the one that used to be parked inside my neighbors small lot on the other side of Jamaica on Essex street in the East New York area. You just don't get this kind of quiet in other places of New York with a quiet that glows with work. Good old J and Z train i always took to Chambers street to pick up computer games at J&R many years later before moving back to the Bronx. Thanks for the trip to a place which has changed yet still resonates with the energy of the past ☕
