Is skipping dinner bad for you?

If, however, you ate as usual, skipping the evening meal would result in an energy cut of around 35 percent. This would lead to an excessively low-calorie diet, not very sustainable and, in the long term, debilitating for both the body and the mind.

    Buon pomeriggio.Seguo sempre il vostro canale che mi trovo bene. Volevo sapere se giornalmente va bene mangiare per cena una insalata scondita e della frutta. E se fa dimagrire perche' ho delle varici e dovrei calare cinque chili. Che sono alta 175 cm per un peso di 67 kg. Grazie e attendo una sua risposta.
