Sherman Oaks is a district in the city of Los Angeles hence the reason LAPD and LAFD serve the area and their served by the mayor of LA. Maybe tweak the title a little. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_districts_and_neighborhoods_in_Los_Angeles

Thanks Stephen. I know its part of LA but I wrote the title more for buyers outside of CA who want to live in the suburbs and might not know the set up of los angeles (and size)
