New update ruined drifting, shortcuts, etc.

Imo rocket racing needs more than a new paid pack to save it. The new skin had people hooked and then they got it and never played it again! They have to slap season 1 to hype it up, free skins, new features and way more to save this game. I personally love it and I want it to thrive but I feel the animation makes it so fun but they just added a couple maps and reset the rank. Wow, you're still reading this?

They also have to make a Rocket Racing pass in order to keep people playing to unlock rewards just like Festival has a Festival pass and there would need to be more pages in the Rocket Racing pass that wouldn't be able to be completed until the end of the Rocket Racing season in order to keep more people playing

At the moment I think the update has scratched an itch that some people had, I think the new maps are good. I disagree that they need to slap season 1 on it, I think the marketing campaign of Neon Rush just needs to be better. Ultimately when you get to season 5,6,7 of a game, no one cares about what season it is they just care about the theme so I don't mind not naming it 'season 1'. I am hopeful there is more coming.

The new season is not cool. I know everything about the season in 16 minutes. Why festival have festival pass but rocket racing dont have racing pass? Why quest prizes suck as hell? Why dont have maps search and how to find player maps?

Because people will have a fit if they added another pass to this game. I get they want to refurb money but it is getting a bit much to keep up with so much paid content.

you knew everything in 16 minutes? You can literally say that about any game update EVER. What matters is the actual gameplay, not you finding out about everything. rocket racing is made to be played more than once. also there IS and theoretical rocket racing pass if you just play rocket league, the rocket pass is included in fortnite crew too most of the good stuff transfers like the car bodies, wheels, boosts, drift trails, and some decals quest prizes suck? I disagree, but to each their own opinion on those. They aren’t gonna give a car body. The quests are made to be a grind for an extra cosmetic and colors for it, not a vital thing you need to get to have fun in the mode and yeah there is a search feature, click the search bar and press rocket racing to find uefn rocket racing maps

There is a pass, unfortunately it is in Rocket League at the moment. All they need to do, I say 'all' but I'm sure it's not that easy, is to allow for the Rocket Pass progression on both games. The Rocket Pass has everything that people are looking for. In terms of searching for maps, there is a search function and the improvements of featured maps gives much more sightlines to creator made maps. Not sure what you would be looking for in that regard.

absolute rubbish tbh if they wanna attract more people to play they need better rewards or something because the grind to unreal is still ridiculous... i havnt lost a race yet im 28 ws and im only diamond 2... oh n i was diamond after first race

I hear you in that the rewards need to be better but I'm curious as to why people believe that reaching unreal should be this ultra achievable feat for everyone.

@@bdawg707for me (ZB main / festival 2nd) I play rocket racing to get the wheels and rewards. I’m stuck at champion and rocket racing is good to farm exp on fortnite’s battle pass (3 daily quests giving 15k each). Maybe for the common folks rocket racing is okay to get cool stuff to put in your car and that’s it.
