@@4281LEMAN I wasn't impressed with Bush. So, I voted for Obama in 2008 and wasn't impressed with him either. My healthcare premium skyrocketed to the point I couldn't afford coverage, putting me at risk for paying a penalty for not being able to afford healthcare coverage. I didn't like Trump because him and Hillary were too narcissistic, cheat on their taxes. I didn't vote in 2020 because I didn't like Trump, his handling of the pandemic. I thought Biden was way too old to be President. Bidenomics is hurting the working class with inflation, everything costs way more, billionaires getting all kinds of tax breaks under Trump and Biden. Even the governor of my state gave tax breaks to billionaires, raised taxes on housing for the working class and he's a Democrat. The Republican governor before him did the same thing. In 2024 I finally see a third party candidate like Rfk Jr that talks about things that no other else was talking about which is billionaire corporations like Black rock and Vanguards buying up all of the starter homes, turning them into expensive rentals, pricing the average working class Americans out of the market. Then Rfk Jr talks about how corrupt Big pharma is in this country. Rfk Jr 2024🇺🇲!!

A connection to the divinity? He's very pro Israel, I dare say a Zionist, so I wonder how he feels about the Christian apartheid that has been taking place in the Holy Land? Christians aren't just being harassed and disrespcted. They are spat on, shoved. Treated less than human. And since this war started, more and more have been gunned down, killed. Nahida Khalil Anton and her daughter Samar Kamal Anton were sheltering at Holy Family, the only Catholic Church in the Gaza Strip, when they were hunted and shot by an Israeli sniper. I don't recall ever hearing Kennedy Jr. say that the mistreatment of Christians in Israel is unacceptable. Let alone all the slaughtering of the Orthodox Christians. Maybe he has, and if so, I apologize. But if he hasn't, that's a huge red flag for me.

All the woke stuff and cancelling wouldn't be so "forced" into everything if Trump never won for example. Hilary really was "supposed" to win. It was all planned for her. That by itself is a net good and was inline with his other policies of “right to try” in medicine. What trump did for the vaccine itself was an accomplishment, but the way democrats in office used the option of the vaccine to mandate it and force employers to mandate it was definitively wrong. People get so caught up in the black and white of partisanship that they lose track of what actually works. That’s another problem with RFK, he will spend all day railing against the vaccine and big pharma, but he wants the government to completely run healthcare, but with a completely government controlled healthcare system, the government would’ve had even more power to mandate things like the vaccine shot, and had more power to deny treatment to people who didn’t want to take the vaccine shot.

Your understanding of the election race is a bit off. It concentrates down to 2 after party nominations and many reps from republicans, libertarians, independents, Democrats etc, but US politics are dominated by a 2 party system. Similar to the UK with Labour and the Conservative party. You have the Lib Dems, but they've been a bit part player in modern history. The US also has other fringe parties similar to UKIP but none that ever come close to breaking the 2 party system that's been adopted. Its been a very long time since we've seen any one other than a rep of the 2 parties in office ( millard fillmore/whig).

Americans would have a problem with someone "winning" with 30ish percent of the election. Our biggest flaw is the Electoral College system. Have to get 270 to win. But, that system was designed to make sure smaller, less populous states are also hears and candidates need to speak to the people there to win their vote also. If not candidates would just go for California, Pennsylvania etc where there are huge Electoral votes. Part of how trump won in 20 was that he won a majority of the smaller states with fewer Electoral votes but the math was there.

The Electoral College system is severely flawed but it is written into our Constitution and near impossible to change. Written at a time when no one could imagine a state such as California (54 Electoral votes) with a population and economy larger than most countries in the world. With a three, four or more etc party system no one could get the 270.

I voted Biden last time and I’ve already decided if it’s Trump vs Biden again I’m going RFK. I don’t agree with everything he talks about, but enough of it. Also at the very least I know he’ll go right at attacking big pharma, which he’s the only guy I’m confident will actually do that.

People have become tired of voting "against" someone, rather than for someone. This is one thing that is appealing about RFK jr. He is running a campaign for himself rather than against the other party.
