Math is definitely a very important part of physics, but in my opinion it's more like a tool or language to be used. The main difference between math and physics is that physics requires a 'physical' intuition about the world and the way it works. For example, even Einstein's groundbreaking General Theory of Relativity, famous for its mathematical difficulty, started from the key insight of the Equivalence Principle which showed that Gravity was locally the same as acceleration.

I think people tend to hype astrophysics a bit and forget about other parts of physics. We can't deny that astrophysics is, indeed, awesome, but we can't simply forget, for example, eletromagnetism, optics and mechanics - there's a lot of interesting things in these fields and yet when you tell people about physics they intrinsically think about astrophysics and that's it, and it's so sad. Let's grow smarter people - don't forget that there are other fields in physics!

There's some flaws in these after the sun explodes it will become a dwarf not a galaxy and the rotation of the sun gravity is false it's not shape like a neutron but shape like an egg. Physics is fun, math is fun, science is fun. Biology is not fun since its full of memorization. Math, physics is fun because after solving a problem you will have a short dopamine spike. Personally me i like self studying becaus its so exciting learning things and innovating them.

Start by understanding where the formulas you use come from - do the same for math. You'll surely gain interest in both fields. What "makes it bad" is the way it is teached - I don't know a single person that understood physics and math well that don't like these subjects. Trust me, you'll love it after that - but remember to make sure you know where everything comes from!

"new physics, new invention, new story of humanity" we couldn't lie so don't lie, many course are more fun to learn than physic, even though it is the foundation of human civilization. but yet, it is boring, and somemore, someone who likes physics mostly looks like nerd. the most unboring things of physics is the prize of that, and it is "new physics, new invention, new story of humanity"

Nah this doesn't make sense. Basically, we have equations that can describe the entire universe. We aim to understand how literally everything works. If there is a god, we are glimpsing at the gears of its creation, the very fabric of reality. You on the other hand, use approximate physics to build bridges, that's pretty underwhelming if you'd ask me. Your physics courses are taught so you don't even need to understand them at the core, you just have to know how to apply them. You just know Newton and Maxwell and a bit of thermodynamics, that is only what we are taught in first year. If you had taken even one theoretical physics course, either you would be mindblown by it or you would not understand anything (or maybe both). Ironically, engineers may be the ones having the biggest misconception about physics, that it only exists as a mean and serves no other purpose. However, humanity has always been pondering about the origins of the universe, that's how religions came to be. And this will always be a more fundamental question than how can we make a tower bigger than 1 km ?

@@ezi_qurnia I have always thought it was the applications that were boring. I cannot understand how you would find the conception of a microwave more interesting than electromagnetism in itself. If your teachers only managed to interest you with applied examples then they probably are not that good or do no love physics themselves. The way I see it, you seem more interested in the fact that a microwave can reheat your food than how it works. I shifted the perspective so you might understand what I mean.
