I just got a job in a one woman office. My boss is a very high-profile community leader. Her last assistant just left. A close friend of mine suggested me for the position. She hired me immediately, and we just had a great feeling about each other. The 2nd day at work, she exclaimed, "Ugh, Jesus take the wheel." (Referencing a popular country song). Then she said, " Actually, I should say, Moses take the wheel because I'm Jewish." My heart lept inside my chest because I've been praying for God to use me to bless His people with Jesus. I knew immediately why I am there. Please pray for God to guide me in sharing the gospel with her. I am so honored Jesus gave me this assignment. I'm tickled pink! 😃😍

I’m grateful that YHVH allowed the gentiles to come to faith in the Jewish Meshiach, Yeshua.

Well, skipping, or passing, the door in the sense that a bigger threat is known to be inside protecting the inhabitants. Like, a Bully is about to rough up a nerd, but then sees the nerd's linebacker brother is standing behind him, and decides to skip it. Makes sense to me.

Matt 10:33 God has never abandoned Israel, yet He is firm in punishment of those who reject Him. Christ rejection is coming to those who have rejected Him. It is like a child's coloring book, they have the lines or boundaries to color in but it seems all black and white but when you understand the original Hebrew meaning it adds all the color. Really it is so beautiful because it adds the true meanings and gives you light and understanding to your heart by the Ruach HaKodesh

This also removes Israel's protection from God. Those who are not/have not accepted Christ will be judged as partakers with those who rejected and crucified Christ. For Christ will not be coming to accept those who accept Christ on His appearing. Those who overcome are those who have not rejected Christ/accepted mark of the false messiah.

I looked at the ancient meaning behind the three letters. The PEI represents a "mouth" and, in turn, "speaking something." The SAMECH represents a "shield" or "protection." The CHET represents a "doorway," but also "life" and "new beginning." All this might be saying: One speaking a word of protection at the doorway OR One standing as a shield or protector at the doorway saying, "you don't enter here." In turn, protecting LIFE and bringing a NEW BEGINNING, both at the the Exodus and with believers today.

Hi , I’m a Syriac from Iraq , we also called it pischa , Syriac ppl speak Aramaic. Now more important than the meaning of it , is how do I cross to the other side , From the beginning god ask his worshipers to make offerings , same in Passover : for his ppl to understand the meaning of it , not just repeat it every year with no understanding!! Jesus is our Passover absolutely correct , but why did not god ask Moses to offer one lam only for all the ppl , he ask each family must do that ?? I see the blood and I’ll pass u !! A real offering for our god is not lambs or any other animals, he is the shepherd and we are the lambs , we have to control our desires and ( the flesh desire against the spirit)go by the spirit, then we pass over .Believing in god only is not the full salvation it’s just the beginning. If we believe in Jesus we must try our best to live the same way by the help of the Holy Spirit. It’s written: if u believe in god you do good , but even the devils believe and shiver 🥶 .

Do be careful...that your response to His love, His sacrifice, is works...do not let works justify you...your works are as filthy rags...it is so humbling to realise we can DO NOTHING to EARN salvation/His love...we can only be thankful...and out of that THANKFULNESS comes works...works of praise, works of worship, works of witnessing, works of love, charity and compassion...that broken and contrite heart prepares a vessel, albeit broken, for His Holy Spirit to live inside, be poured into in order to be poured out....Brother, guard your heart that you attempt to boast that the messiah's gift was no GIFT at all, but a payment of your good deeds...

Our understanding of the meanings of Pesach and Passover encompass the truth that The Blood of The Lamb causes the angel of death to skip over/or passover and (that The Eternal One), stands guard over His people including the sojourners in their midst from the destroyer. On another note - It was disconcerting to hear the host mention “Resurrection Sunday”, which generally goes hand in hand with “The Lords Day”. Increasingly we see Western theology creeping in to subvert the need for bible believers to understand that Our Creator’s teachings are for a Hebraic mindset. As ”grafted in” followers of Yeshua, we know the majority of Christian brethren are unaware the 7th day Sabbath is Saturday and is G-od’s set apart day for us, not Sunday which was man made and called “The Lords Day“ to usurp the set apartness of Shabbat. Most of ”the churches” do not teach that The Messiah’s name is Hebrew and means Salvation, and that the English name they call The Savior by is only about 400 years old. He needs to be referred to as Yeshua at every opportunity. has opportunities which other ministries do not have and “If you do not tell them how will they know”. We are praying the drift towards western theological teachings and western “worship” music will be revealed to Israel’s Messianic Communities as so-called “Progressive Christianity” increasingly dilutes Bible Truth and G-d’s call to holiness and righteousness. As it is written , we are to be “Kadosh”. We thank you for continuing in your endeavours to bring glory to Adonai and are grateful and appreciate all the hard work you do to encourage and help us. Thank you for this new insight about the Jewish celebration of Pesach or Passover. It gives us gentile believers in Yeshua Jesus of such an in depth, exciting and fresh view of how God protected His covenant people Israel during their sojourn in Egypt. And it was the blood of the lamb that was put on the lentel and the two side posts of the door of every Jewish home that gave the sign for the "Lord Himself to stand guard" to protect that home from the destroyer and just to passover it. Fast forward, it was the foreshadow of the ultimate offering of the blood of the Lamb of God (Yeshua Jesus Christ) that gives protection and eternal salvation to anyone who believes in Him by faith. The Jewish Pesach therefore symbolizes the future event of what was to happen 700 years after the Jewish Exodus, the 1st advent of the Jewish Messiah as the Sacrificial Lamb of God as graphically prophesized in Isaiah 53. Now we are waiting for His 2nd coming not anymore as Servant but as King.

In our minority language translation in west Africa I chose to call it the salvation feast, not based on the word pesach but on the saving action of God, so I'm glad to see this
