The difference between Williams and Trossard/Martinelli that I haven’t heard many speak about is that he’s two-footed. He’s played at RW and LW a bunch for Bilbao and has scored and assisted a bunch with his “weaker” right foot. It’s what makes him a lot more unpredictable when he’s dribbling.

Transfermarkt have him as a right footer. I haven’t read anywhere that he’s 2 footed? A true 2 footer uses both feet equally. Think Santi Corzola.

Agree on ACD and RW. The latter has been around the squad two years and to never give him the opportunity to go out on loan is poor from the club. ACD more recently has broken from but seemed very clear he was too good for u21 football and should have been given an opportunity on loan especially abroad i think he could have thrived

Eye test says he was still poor. The idea was he hsd mentality to pull us over the edge but he actually hasn't performed that well in biggest pressure games including Conference league final. Havertz was meant to be 8 and Rice 6 (accepting the old numbers now less relevant) but Arteta has adapted well but the original idea was obviously flawed and now we need deep playmaker it seems. Rice has great engine etc but is he really a 105 million player in his role with us? Idea he was a bargain I think is flawed. Xhaka has definitely given good value to Leverkusan 😢. Hoping window and evolution of players and will kick up us a level again.

I think he doesn't want to leave.

he has been all season with only 10 goals in PL (penalty removed).

Saka looks a bit tired and a bit stiff IMO. The man needs a rest.

Is sad how other workers have been trained to look at other workers as the enemy or something. So because a person gets paid "a lot", they're not human beings anymore.

System based football played over full seasons for clubs is part of the problem when players then briefly play for their country. Particularly for Saka who is used to playing with Odegaard and Ben White. That said, Gareth Southgate is poor.
