I would absolutely live to win one of these! I only started to use freestyle Libre about 10 months ago to see if it would help me manage to glucose levels better as my gastroparesis can effect my levels quite dramatically! It has seemed to have helped a good bit, but being able to have Libre as CGM would make my glucose management and gastroparesis a lot easier! 🩸 Keep up the great work and continuing to shine light out the diabetes community 🙌

I use Blucon CGM with freestyle libre sensor which is even cheaper than MM. its very economical as it helps me to reset sensor even after 14 days. I dont need to use reader , it can activate sensor also

Is it easy to reset the Libre sensor with the BluCon? I wear mine on my chest the way Tom showed on a video so it's design I think would be more comfortable than the MM's for me.

Hi Tom, i started recently with the FSL2 and i want to fine tune my bloodsugar to achive a naerly 100%T.I.R. is the miaumiau1 a good thing to start with? and when the FSL 3 wil be availeble in the Netherlands is the miaumiau1 then competeble for the FSL3?

Can you use either one of these with the skin grip because that is the only way I keep my sensor on my first sensor came off the first night because I didn’t have skin grip I found your videos ordered skin grip and I’ve had amazing results so I would love to have the continuous transmission but I don’t wanna give up my skin grips

Hi! Your videos are great! Wondering -do you use a tape with the Libre and Miaomiao? I always have to wear tape with my Libre or it falls off. If you do wear a tape, do you put it on your Libre then add the miaomiao or do you put it over both? (I’m not interested in the arm band option.) thx!

Hi Vikky. I personally only used the tape that is in the package and if needed an over-tape I bought on Amazon. But generally the adhesive that is in the package is quite strong... Hope this helps!

Hi there, someone has given me a brand new Miao Miao 1 reader. I plan to use it with a Libre2 sensor. I do not have any stickers for the reader, can you suggest how to best to apply the reader? Can I use any sort of double-sided tape? I've been using Rock Tape over the Libre2 sensor, can I use the rock tape over both the sensor and the reader?

Hello! I got Libre 1 sensors in Brazil, while travelling, only to find out it does not work with any of the US Libre apps. Would the Miao Miao allow me to use these sensors here in the US? Are Miao Miao readers compatible with all Libre sensors from anywhere in the world? Thank you much for this review. It's very helpful.

The miaomiao really does help but I really hope they update the software. They need to fix the "retry bluetooth" after it disconnects, I always have to manually turn off and on the bluetooth reset the connection.

My wife had a low blood sugar level overnight and she woke up and had a seizure cause of it. It was a very scary situation that we had to call an ambulance for as well. This looks like a good option to prevent it from going low again.

What do you recommend I live in az I use the freestyle libre I keep my sugars good but at night when I’m sleeping my sugar goes low my wife has to get up and try to wake me to drink juice I need something to set off alarm when my sugar goes low before it gets to low and something simple to set up thanks Dan

Tandem X Tslim pump is available. But Dexcom sensors in a lot of countries are not within insurance. Is there any way to connect the current Freestyle 1 or 2 with the Tandem...? Somebody?? It will take Freestyle 3 sometime to arrive and I would already like to use all advantages of the Tandem pump.

I know that MiaoMiao has their own watch that works with the transmitter but I never used it. I use Dexcom G6 sensor these days which pushes my readings to my Apple Watch.

Hi there, I found there is also Bubble MINI available now... do you have any info about the mini version? How good or bad is the Bubble MINI in comparison to Miao Miao 1/2? Price seems to be almost the same as Miao Miao 2 but it is a little smaller reader. I haven't found any good review of the Bubble MINI. Have you thought about doing one?

@@TypeOneTalks as far as I know neither xdrip or any of those apps have received American fda or European fapproval. All medical device software is required to receive approval before it can be used. Medical device software must undergo a series of tests before being released to the public. The Libre app has the approval. So my question is how do we resolve this “problem”?

Tom, if you live in the US the maiomaio does not work with the libte 2. I'm told because I live in the US I'm out of luck. I tried everything to get one to work. I'm waiting for the US to get the app and hoping the maiomaio my son bought me works after we get the app. If you know something I don't please tell me. I would love to be able to just look at my watch and see my blood sugar. But right now I just can't get it to work. Also almost end of February have you announced the winner and I missed it. I shared..i been battling diabetes since the age of 13 finding better ways and other people's suggestions on how to better control my sugars always interests me. I have been hospitalized three or four times do to my diabetes and high sugars so I am very thankful that videos like this exists and products like this exist however they are hard for me to afford so it would be super awesome if I won this item.

Hi Chris. The FreeStyle Libre sensor should be replaced every two weeks. The MiaoMiao transmitter is rechargeable and reusable. Hope this helps! Wishing you a great day!

Your data will not be lost if your phone is not death for more than 8 hours. The sensor holds data for 8 hours. Hope this helps.

This thing does not work, it will not stay paired with my phone longer than a second or two. The customer service is really, really bad. I have tried contacting them 3 times so far and 2 weeks later I have not heard from them. There is no info on how to return it other than an form to fill out on their website. There is only a month after purchase to return it. I'm starting to think I will be out $140

I am about to use Libre Sensor 2 for the first time, I have the app on my phone but can not find good instructions on how to START the sensor with my phone app, my app now shows 'how to scan a sensor' and BACK underneath, not NEXT or Finished. I can not see a button that says 'SCAN', Is it just a matter of scanning it no matter where you are on the app? I need to know because I don't want to apply the sensor then it doesn't work and lose days of use until it's explained. I have read the guide and looked a lots of videos but none show from the very beginning with the phone app. I hope you can explain as I would like to start this tomorrow. Regards Mark

I personally used miaomiao2 and it stpps working after 30 minutes then it will stop the libre senson. the worst is the company support. they dont respond to any messages or emails. its a waste of money

I use de miao for 1,5 years now with FSL1 but is not working anymore now i use it with FSL2 because the encryption of this sensors!!! Xdrip comes with a checksum error. I upgrade the firmware with no result. More users have this problem now.
