the kewpie mayo makes such a huge difference from just regular mayo, I love it on sandwiches like this

Every Sunday I fry some eggs and thick carved ham , tomato slice, and toast the bread. I put mayo, spicy brown mustard, and horseradish w/ S&P To taste and it’s SO GOOD

Do the exact same thing but add horse radish sauce. It pairs so well with mustard and pastrami. A little goes a long way, just a spread will do.

I always love how Lisa is honest about the flavors of her cooking. This really help you keep note not to make the same mistake like adding extra salt when there’s already mustard etc

I'd try a "traditional" bagel sandwich, plain bagel/cream cheese/pastrami/thick tomato slice/thick red onion slice/S&P to taste/if you want some chili sauce.

If you can get to an Indian grocery store, get yourself Maggi hot and sweet tomato sauce(essentially spicy ketchup) and/or schezwan chutney. They will go well on this sandwich.

You should try kewpie mayo and laoganma mixed together for a sauce! One of my favorite creations Edit to add: it’s called kewpieganma in my house

You should try this ramen recipe! Boil ramen 2 tablespoons salted butter As much garlic as u want 1/3 cup heavy cream 1/2 parm cheese If sauce is 2 thick add some of the ramen water

It’s not a crime as long as it’s homemade it’s much healthier that way.. try it it’s super easy n quick to make with little ingredients.. u can also do ur own thing adding mustard n garlic or wtever .. yum

i like to fry the pastrami in a little bit of brown sugar to caramelize it, and use a sunny side up egg for the runny yolk. could you try this combination?

Cajun seasoning mixed with mayo It makes a cajun sauce you can put on sandwiches I don’t have any measurements so I just wing it with the sauce

Mayo and mustard are, hands down, the best condiments to go with any type of cured meat. While ketchup is good on certain dishes, its sugariness tends to cover up flavors rather than enhance them.

Mayo is great! Adds creaminess and to the dish, and the flavor jives with a wider variety of food than ketchup does. I also tend to lean on richer and more decadent dishes thats why I love mayo 😅.

Egg and cheese sandwich should always have mayo and a bit of mustard and pepper. That's how I grew up on it and also white bread not toasted. Also in my household we called kraft American cheese slices duck cheese. I don't know why but they are called duck cheese forever.
