    I agree and disagree. YAC is definitely important, but you can more than get by by just being 'good' at it and not 'elite'. It'll limit his ceiling, but I doubt it will prevent him from being a dominant player at the next level.

  • @PeteZam

    @legamerdotexe1527 then how do WR like moss exist? one of the greatest WR of all time, who also was very average at YAC. basically in every top 3 list of WR ever, and he has a 25 minute long highlight reel of TDs, and i can think of one play, the screen his rookie season vs dallas, as his only massive YAC play ever. you dont need to be great at YAC to be effective. Moss constantly would avoid contact and go down easy. he rarely tried for YAC, or even worked the middle of the field at all, and hes still one of the greatest ever. then you got guys like larry fitzgerald, who werent really known for YAC. he was known for getting open, having great hands, and being awesome in contested catch scenarios, and hes still top 20 WR of all time, some rank him even higher than that. not every WR needs to be TO or jerry rice, and have 40%+ of their yards on highlight plays be YAC

    @@FallBallSports getting open and catching the ball is 1000x more important than YAC. MHJ is going to get targeted a lot and he’s going to have intermediate and deep routes. He’s not a guy that has to rely on tosses and sweeps like some of the fast guys that are limited in skills

  • @richmargin6082
    @richmargin60824 ай бұрын

    Nabors is very similar to DJ moore. He has crazy YAC. I agree that MHJ doesn’t have much yac so you use him in that way. Where do you need to ball? On the 30 yard line? Then throw it to him at the 30 and he will get it. He would be a great WR to go to the Bears because it would open up much more creative plays when you have 2 different style WRs that many cant cover either of them.
