Dr. Shabir Ally is really an inspiration. A great example of a scholar who is knowledgeable and polite. Even when they are being very disrespectful and childish in their wording. Show me where these deceptions are. I have read my Bible, cover to cover, many times, and one thing about the Gospels is clear: A) They are individual eye-witness accounts that resoundly say the same thing: that Jesus testified that He was the Son of God, that He would be handed over for death, that in three days He would be dead and would rise again, and that in doing so, He brings eternal life. The problem is not in my Bible, but in your Qur'an that makes light that Jesus was born of a virgin, that He did great miracles, that God was with Him...but He did not die. Every single thing lines up, but like any false prophet, the Devil uses this one to try and disprove what non-Christian, Christian, Jewish, Roman, and Muslim historians have already agreed on.

First you misquoted Mark: Jesus said "This has to have happened for the Scripture to be fulfilled. All of the eyewitnesses are in the Gospels: the disciples, the families, the people, they eye-witnesses I refer to are the authors of theses first four Gospels. The exact day does not matter nor does the exact time. But the day would be during Passover, and since I am not a Jew, I do not know how long Passover goes on, nor do I care. The time was 4 B.C. Personally, I don't care what you believe, it does not mean that an event did not happen.

No it's that Luke 23:47 says that the centurion in a righteous man and in Matthew 27:54 and Mark 15:39 that Jesus was the son of God and John doesn't mention anything clearly because the writer or the eyewitnesses who helped the writer write this didn't notice this, it could certainly be that the centurion said that Jesus was a righteous man and the son of God none of the gospels say that the centurion only said what they wrote.

Shaik Ahmed Deedat beautifully explains that Prophet Jesus PBUH was not crucified....

+Al Ali LOL! How is that a contradiction? In order for them to be contradictory it would have to be a statement of a position *opposite* to one already made. Because we know that Jesus was born in Nazareth, and all four Gospel authors you quoted agree that he is "The King of the Jews". Do you expect all four gospel accounts to be completely identical to one another? Different eyewitnesses, same stories, with minor differences that don't change anything.

How this is not limiting concept of Allah. On the other hand the miracle of Quran is right in front of you with all the evidence such it was give to Muhammad (PBUH) even he was unable to read or write. With all these clear contradictions you people claims that it's a word of God. You either say that the whole book is word of God and accept the plain contradictions OR the other common sense answer could be that the OT is not the word of the God thus NT is. You accept a Bible with 66 books you would reject one with 72 books? Good to know King James must be another eye witness account just like Paul now that's interesting! You are right men don't have the power to corrupt Allah's scripture that's why they created thousands of version some with 72 books some with 66 then NT and OT then NT cancels the OT. That's why Allah sent Quran to us the FT which is not corrupted which is preserved in Muslim's heart and memory. No human can change it and will not be able to change it. Question: "Are there errors in the Qur'an (Koran)?" Answer: Though Muslims often argue for the divine origin of the Qur’an on grounds that “no error, alteration, or variation” has touched its copies since its inception, such a view does not accurately represent the facts. While it is indeed correct to say that the Qur’an of today is a nearly perfect copy of its seventh-century counterpart, the notion that these copies reflect the exact words as handed down by Muhammad is becoming increasingly problematic. Historical sources prove that there were several different texts circulating in Syria, Iraq and Armenia prior to the final revision produced by Uthman. Zaid, Muhammad’s long-time secretary, was called in by Uthman to oversee the final and definitive authorized version of the Qur’an. It remains to be answered why Uthman would have had to produce an authorized version of the Qur’an, if indeed the Qur’an had been perfectly preserved from the beginning! To quote Alfred Guillaume, one of the best-known non-Muslim scholars on Islam: “Only the men of Kufa refused the new edition, and their version was certainly extant as late as A.D. 1000. Uthman’s edition to this day remains the authoritative word of God to Muslims. Nevertheless, even now variant readings, involving not only different readings of the vowels but also occasionally a different consonantal text, are recognized as of equal authority one with another!” When one compares the different transmitted versions of the Qur’an, it becomes evident that there are, in fact, variants among them. While these variants usually involve differences in individual letters, vowels or diacritical marks, the Muslim claim of perfect unity in the copies of the Qur’an is incorrect. Moreover, since part of the Islamic claim is that God has been giving revelations to mankind throughout history, including the Psalms of David and the four Gospels, one wonders why it is claimed that Allah miraculously preserved the Qur’an in infallible copies, whereas Allah was apparently singularly incapable of accomplishing the same feat with the previous revelations. Let us weigh the validity of the claim at hand. Just how excellent is the literary quality? In his book, Jesus Among Other Gods, well-known Christian apologist Ravi Zacharias argues: “Let us consider just one troublesome aspect, the grammatical flaws that have been demonstrated. Ali Dashti, an Iranian author and a committed Muslim, commented that the errors in the Qur’an were so many that the grammatical rules had to be altered in order to fit the claim that the Qur’an was flawless. These and other such aberrations in the language have given scope to critics who deny the Qur’an’s eloquence…To sum up, more than 100 Qur’anic aberrations from the normal rules and structure of Arabic have been noted.” Are there errors in the Qur’an? - What about fulfilled prophecy? Islamic apologists make the claim that the Qur’an predicts Muslims would be victorious at home and abroad (Surah 30:1-5). But this can hardly be utilized as an argument for a divine origin. The prediction that Muslims would be militarily victorious (especially when one considers Muhammad’s overwhelming military force) is not very impressive. Not only is the time between these predictions and their subsequent fulfillment almost nil, but some argue the prediction of Islamic victory is better understood as a pre-battle victory speech from Muhammad to boost the morale of his troops. Islamic prophecy does not even come close to the level of the prophecies in the Bible, many of which were written hundreds of years in advance, such as the prediction that Jesus would be born in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2). Are there errors in the Qur’an? - What about scientific insights? In A Brief Illustrated Guide to Understanding Islam, Islamic apologist I. A. Ibrahim argues: “The Qur’an, which was revealed fourteen centuries ago, mentioned facts only recently discovered or proven by scientists. How can a Samaritan have led the Israelites astray at the time of Moses (approx 1400 B.C.) when the city of Samaria was founded by King Omri about 870 B.C.? The Samaritans did not exist until after the exile of the Northern Kingdom of Israel and the resettlement of the area under King Sargon II in 722 B.C. with non-Israelites who then adopted a syncretism (mixture) between the religion of the Jews and their own polytheistic background. The Samaritans did not exist until 530 years after Moses. By this mistake alone, the Qur’an can be rendered unreliable and certainly not an inerrant work of God. Are there errors in the Qur’an? - Conclusion Having outlined just a handful of many problems and difficulties pertaining to the Qur’an as a divinely inspired work, we are all but forced to reject the Islamic claim that the Qur’an represents an error-free word of God to humanity. When a similar standard is applied to the Bible, the result is self-vindicating, for the Bible emerges flawless.

Muhammad's views on Christians The Christians of Najran Interaction with Muhammad during the Medina Period The city of ancient-Najran, which is called Ukhdud today, is located just outside present-day Najran approximately 1200 miles south of Medina. Ancient-Najran was a Christian city located at the intersection of two main caravan routes. Their group was met with hospitability and security from the Prophet. The delegation and Muhammad met for two or three days, according to some sources, debating peacefully about their religions. None of my messengers shall be kept in Najran more than one month. They are also required to give, as a loan, 30 shields, 30 horses and 30 camels, in case of any disorder and treachery in Yemen. If anything is lost of the shields, horses or camels they loan to my messenger, it will remain owing by my messenger until it is given back. Najran has the protection of God and the pledges of Muhammad, the Prophet, to protect their lives, faith, land, property, those who are absent and those who are present, and their clan and allies.They need not change anything of their past customs. No right of theirs or their religion shall be altered. No bishop, monk or church guard shall be removed from his position. Whatever they have is theirs, no matter how big or small. They are not held in suspicion and they shall suffer no vengeance killing. They are not required to be mobilized and no army shall trespass on their land. If any of them requests that any right of his should be given to him, justice shall be administered among them. He who takes usury on past loans is not under my protection. No person in Najran is answerable for an injustice committed by another.[8] This covenant remained intact after the death of Muhammad until the second caliph, Umar, expelled the Christians of Najran due to violations of the peace. He sent them to Iraq where there were to be taken as refugees and provided settlement.[9]

+James DeBest This is how you want to translate it. Yes judge them by their book if they have it but what they have is their own lies. Even then when anyone says that OT and NT contradicts each other then you say the NT canceled it. And you don't want to admit that it clearly imply that Paul cancel Jesus and Moses. With all these clear contradictions you people claims that it's a word of God. You either say that the whole book is word of God and accept the plain contradictions OR the other common sense answer could be that the OT is not the word of the God thus NT is. Just simply saying that OT and NT don't have contradictions then you simply liying to yourself and others and even making fun of you. Just like saying God is one but simple 3 persons. Each person is a god but father is the most powerful but a human and angel are gods as well but all of this is 1 God. Jesus didn't know the knowledge of the hour but somewhere else he is the creator god too. Just try to make sense of this and you end up no where will find yourself lost in the translations.

i am officaly done watching shabir ally debate. he turns EVERYTHING through islamic lences i can see how david feels now when he says this. example old testament isaiah 9:6 david said that a son will be given who will be mighty god and is ever lasting father prince of peace. Then later shabir gets to respond knowing that right after its a new question so david cant correct him so shabir changes the verse 9:6 and says oh well it does not say son of god it just says son and not god, or that jesus is not the ever lasting father. first off shabir needs to read the verse he quoted the exact verse but skipped out the word mighty god who the son will be on purpose i can tell on his face he did it on purpose, and jesus did say he is ever lasting father by being the alpha and omega. A person that speaks on behalf of God is a messenger. A Prophet is someone who claims of an event or person that will come to be or pass. Christ Jesus can and does make Prophesies of which He has no Problem as Prophets are made by God and not Angels and Jesus as one with God naturally has this power and much much much more.

Jesus Christ must be born in every man. If I had been born at the time of Jesus Christ I would have washed his feet with my blood, because when Christ touches one's heart is is changed,all aspects of of life are renewed and sanctified. Messiah Jesus of Nazareth, as the Bible says, is as holy as the bright light, as innocent as a lamb, the eternal food of life of the soul, the LORD of the truth, He is certainly the spiritual master and King of the Jews castes. Why does David think that the gospel the Quran is talking about, is the canonical gospels that are in the Christian New Testament. Firstly, it refers to gospel in the singular not in the plural so that means that not all 4 gospels are regarded by the Quran to be initially divine. The Quran claims that the gospel was placed upon Jesus in 5:46, so this means that the gospel the Quran was referring to is a book that was sent down to Jesus when he was still alive before the crucifixion. The four canonical gospels that we have today in the Christian New Testament, were written decades after Jesus in a different language than the one Jesus spoke. The gospel that the Quran refers to and talks about was preached by Jesus himself during his lifetime, according to the Quran in 3:50. The 4 gospels in the New Testament were written decades after Jesus so we can clearly show a distinction between the gospels of the New Testament and the gospel that the Quran refers to. David seems to misinterpret the Quran’s gospel as the same gospels in the New Testament. David wood is a professional liar.

The Quran in 3:55 is stating that Jesus’s true followers will triumph and will be superior to those who disbelieve. Well, that verse never actually declared when this will take place, the triumph of the true followers of Jesus over the untrue followers of Jesus could take place at any time. Us Muslims, regard ourselves to be the true followers of Jesus and Muslims have a population of 2 billion people and that’s roughly 25% of humanity and Christianity has a population of 2.3-2.4 billion people and that is roughly 31% of the human race. However, a recent study conducted which was a comprehensive religious forecast for 2050 by the Pew research center indicates that the Muslim population is growing at a faster rate than the Christian population. Islam will become the largest religion, Muslims are expected to grow twice as fast as the overall global population. So Islam is going to surpass Christianity by 2050 in population, which means that the true believers of Jesus ( The Muslims ) will triumph over the Christians ( the disbelievers of Jesus ) so David’s argument has just been refuted.

Did God fulfill his promise to Jeremiah? Why did Jeremiah say that God deceived him? In Jer 1:10 and Jer 1:18, God said to Jeremiah, "I chose you to be a prophet to the nations." "I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms. I will put my words in your mouth. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you to deliver you. They will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you to deliver you.” Jeremiah told people the bad news. The false prophet ordered that Jeremiah be beaten and put in stocks in upper Benjamin Gate. Jeremiah said to God, “O LORD, You have deceived me and I was deceived.” Jeremiah falsely accused God of lying. Things did not go well for Jeremiah. God kept his promise to Jeremiah. God delivered Jeremiah in the end. When demons said that Jesus was the son of God, Muslims say you cannot trust demons because they are deceptive spiritual beings. When Jeremiah said that God deceived him, Muslims believe Jeremiah speaks the truth.

Wood is such a poor debater. He starts off the bat quoting Bible verses when Dr Ally had pointed out the clear evolution of the Gospels story. Note: two quotations from mark that doesn't say anything- then the rest from the other modified Gospels. Christians debaters must before going on to quote bible verses, reject with reason the clear evolution in the gospels story; but again we know that's impossible. Until such evidence against the evolutionary story of the gospels is given, quoting bible verses becomes irrelevant.

We know of him as fallen angel Lucifer aka snake and dragon: Satan the devil, you know of him as allah.

Claiming more to be atheist then anything because they growing up without believing anything the people now that are raising their children they're not teaching their children about God they're teaching and something else these days they should be concentrating on inventing the message to these young people instead of trying to convert Muslims

david doent understand...even with massive corruption, the bible still retains some of the original teaching of the earlier jewish prophets ..the only way to distinguish them is by the Quran...especially the Unity and the Oneness of ALLAH.
