This was awesome!!! We loved our time in Albania but the transit at times could be a bit of a grind🤣we've not been to Italy yet but will be in Trieste in a few short weeks so we'll be watching y'alls videos for all the tips! Enjoy the pizza & pasta for us!!!

Yes, we did in Bari :) But not in Albania (at least our passports)

What was the cost of the ferry without the private room?

My dearest, of course $188 worth it! (excepting the 💩episode of couse )You were traveling from one country to an other and the best of it was that you were going to Italyyyyy! And I’m pretty sure you will enjoy this two days of vacation.

Most people try to stay in the main area that you can see at minute 10:20... people traveling in groups claim all the big tables so it may be difficult to find a spot. I also think the chairs we show at minute 8:20 are available for people traveling with a standard ticket. We even saw people sleeping on the floors in the hallway. it's a disorganized first come first served situation....

Doing this at the end of the week with our two dogs. Any chance you saw any pets on your journey? Can't believe customs took so long to get through!

Good luck! Yea, I totally remember seeing a little dog in the common area! A lot of people spend the night in the area next to the little cafe, but to claim the good seats you need to get there early. Bari is awesome - enjoy it!

Hi, we bought the tickets online at www.gnv.it :)

We will be doing the overnight ferry in a few weeks and we're wondering. Is there a storage area for your luggage if you get a standard or recliner ticket? Or do you have to carry your luggage around with you?

As far as I know, there is not any storage for luggage. But I could be wrong. People used their stuff to make little forts around the tables and seats that they claimed, haha. But because there are not really many places to go you might just camp around your belongings.

Did you really have to check in 4 hours out? What was the check in process like?

Hi, no not at all. We got there early because we were making a video. It seemed like you can get in last minute, so no need to check in too early. And checking in was easy, you just present your ticket, go through a quick security check point and go through immigration, which was also fast (but maybe because we got there too early). Anyways, good luck and safe travels! Hope this helps :)

@@waysoftheworld_ I’m scheduled for the same route on GNV next month. Was curious cause on one of my documents it says to check in by 1600 for a 2000 departure. Does check in mean literally get on the boat?

@@womensrights ok ok, well we did check in and went in the boat. There's like a little waiting area after you go through security and immigration, but very small... I think what it means is that you have to wait until 4 pm to check in because we did get there too early and they didn't let us board until the departure time was closer...

I wonder how many times in my life I’m going to say “there’s poop in the toilet!” 🙈 I guess there is a difference between saying “in” and “on” 😂 (just look at G’s face!)

Can you believe it happened again? I mean.... 🙈 but yes, the apartment was incredible and we, of course, had the best time eating our way through Bari!

Italian ferries are disappointed. But there are many cheap flights from albania to many italian city’s

Yes, that ferry was GROSS!! Next time we would totally flight instead. We checked the flights way too late after we bought the ferry tickets, so we didn't have a choice 🙈

I would rather take a flight 😂
