Parabens are not harmful for skin it depends on the concentration and btw it's a washable product so you do not need to apply for hours so it's safe.... everyone skin type is different so do not forget to do patch trial.

If you want to remove just moisturizer and sunscreen then there is no need but if you want to remove makeup then yes you have to use foaming cleanser.

use moiz cleansing lotion and plum 10% niacinamide serum it is best than Cetaphil and comes in budget. dont use Cetaphil because Cetaphil gives me acne after 4 day use. Cetaphil is comedogenic as well as contains parabens.

It's recommended for dry to normal skin , But if you have oily skin you can go with citaphill oily skin cleanser it's great for summer 🌞☀️
