I actually enjoyed this one... I now understand why Kapil often says ' what is it to u' when asked a personal question...or why he's not interested in how Buda attained he's freedom....I now understand that my own life needs to be examined by me... and that looking at someone else's life for answers to my own problems is fruitless because it would not be based on the truth....

When Kapil asked the question of "What is the most prevalent and ubiquitous activity?" Within an instant and beyond a shadow of a doubt, my answer is training. Exercise, training, gym etc. Over the last 10 years, that is the ONE thing that has been the MOST consistent in my life even though it is only around 1-2 hours out of my day. Not sure what this entails.. I will continue to search. Best of luck everyone, Nameste,

This is the human struggle in the whirlwind of untruth in society. We are living a life of lies.

The host is conditioned like all uf us. So it was nice to see the answer to an ego that craves for belonging, chase and others stuff. Me too, i am like him. I va no clue what i am doing.

Your comment seems like it was written by someone who tries to seem like having a clue by stating they don’t have a clue.

I admire Kapil’s patience, giving the questioner a lot of time to think. He is honest without being arrogant.

Everyone judging the host hard - I don't completely disagree but he's trying hard and kapil is being unusually brutal. The raw truth will destroy most people and we are all heavily conditioned.

At the end, the guy hosting just quit. Kapil’s point on the absolute necessity of the burning desire for truth, which drives a person to transform, is demonstrated here. The host is so indoctrinated by society, he can’t escape

Obviously compelling. After listening to several of these talks. I’ll conclude for now that I disagree with his ultimate opinions as final verdicts. He himself makes ultimate claims that he is right about certain things. In reality, he is a smart person who has spent a lot of time formulating a well developed argument. In so doing, he has predetermined answers to certain questions. Don’t fall prey to this person’s dogma. Truth for you could be found in impermanence. Don’t believe the things he says to be true. Find truth in your own journey. Not in what he’s found to be true in his.
