In my transvaginal ultrasound is 2nd time the results is no fetal heart beat my ob said is my baby is no response.. but if I want to go to the another ob GYN 2nd opinion.is it ok

My 7 week is running my G sac is 18mm ... Fetal not seen yolk sac not seen ... Dr suggest me wait and follow up reports after 10 days ... Is this normal or any chance to having baby after 10 days ?
