I absolutely love the Kyosho 4x4s. They are incredibly durable. Part of the fun for me is the scale. I have one with every mod imaginable but find myself using a stock 4Runner

The 4runner is my favorite but they did just come out with a land Rover that is pretty cool. I have a 4runner with brass hubs and oil shocks and it's perfect

It was the Clarkson and Owen Wilson memes for me. Love it

I’m running tenavolts lithium rechargeable AAA batteries and I’ve noticed the voltage really does stay strong until they die.

we need more of this and i have an challange fior you what if you put a fms 2 speed trans in an lc80

The grey ones are Hobby Plus and plastic beadlock rims, the black ones are RGT and glued to the rims, no beadlocks. Different companies, different tires, completely different rims.

They are basically the same, they might be different companies but they also don’t fit the Kyosho hubs unless you cut the inner little bumps on the back side of the rim so I tried not to spotlight to much, don’t want people to buy them thinking they fit

I wish they sold the 1:1 Jimny in the US. That’s a sweet little rig.

I liked the performance I got from the Furitek setup but I did not like the way it all went together, I bought the components when they first came out and there were some missing things that needed to be added kilt a proper spot to mount a battery, a servo adapter for a servo upgrade etc. and the Furitek stuff added a lot of “up high” weight that hindered performance, it’s not bad tech it’s just not a great platform to install it on unless you do a full overhaul of the chassis and all stock components. I didn’t want to dump more money into it with chassis rails, battery trays and other stuff like that to make it a full capable rig at the time, maybe in the future I’ll come back to it and get the rest of the stuff I need to mod the truck and make it Furitek compatible again 👍🏻

Now it seems to have all we need with the Servo and frame etc. You say the Performance was great so i wanna give it a try. Do i need to buy the controller as well or can i use the original one? Would be great if you could go further with it 👍🏻
