well a draw is not a loss but top 3 is red and it considers as a loss

Like most snipers, you need to be able to predict your shots much more with him because he isn't a brawler you can auto aim with unless you spawn on the enemy with his super. Overall he's a fun brawler and his super is really good for escaping situations too. I'd recommend unlocking him for sure!

@@GhostHunterDipperPines yeah, seems obvious but for brawlers like Bo or Brock that have exploding projectiles, this isn't really the case. You can miss the shot itslef and still hit your target with the explosion

I feel that Gray's bullet speed is what's bringing him down

Yo keep up this challenge! Playing with randoms may make your test a bit more arbitrary, since the scenarios are so, well, random. BUT it makes the video more exciting! And your strategic insights are still even valid though the evidence can be thrown off by one random or mistake.

Here's a tip: On aiming with the gadget, the game lies to you about it being stopped by walls but it actually goes through wall and deals full damage if it connects and it although pulls back enemy only by a little, the projectile comes all the way back and it destroys every wall and grass along the way it comes back. This gadget is one of the most versatile since brock's gadget when it first came out.

You ask yourself why the enemy can dodge your shots so well? Just look at the slow projectile speed. I played him too and in my opinion the projectile speed is way too slow for a brawler with such a long and narrow attack. The portal is for me the only reason why he is kinda ok

I still think his proyectile should get a 10-15% buff speed

Me and my friends have come up with a tactic to play gray and two other close-ranged brawlers and tp in with grays super on an enemy and it hase won us many gmaes of knockout

@Tariq Nazir The map was Belle's Rock, almost every game there was a thrower on their team and I was just using gadget to pull them and break the walls

I JUST WATCHED THIS AND LEFT AND JUST NOTICED IM SOOO EARLY LOL. Dang first brawler, gray is really fun

I like to be patient with gray and now I got him too rank 25 in one day

for new brawlers do first to 500 race with other content creators or maybe even push high trophies you could also do if i win x amount of games i can unlock a brawler, if i do x challenge i can gem the new brawler or else i have to wait

In my opinion, draws shouldn't count as a loss.

You can unlock him for free so why not . His attack speed is very slow but if you can predict your opponents movement than You should definitely try him out also his super is very cool also very useful .

18:04 why not do both, I think the other one with jester might be more insightful than this one (because you’re not playing with bots a little jab at the nani, hopefully at least) but it’s a funny little tradition/challenge on your channel, plus instead of the being let’s see how good he is it can just be like the unbox where it’s like dang I didn’t make it to 600 welp I’m going to eat the brawler now get me Coming from some who watches for entertainment and barely plays brawl

Kairos, I wanted to let you know something that would've made this easier. Grays gadget goes through walls and destroys all walls in between him and the enemy he hit through the walls. I'm not sure if this is a bug but it is INSANE in brawl ball. Also, if there is an enemy hiding with all the gems, it can also be useful.

Gameplay idea: Adding four short instructions for your teammates that you can preselect for the game (like in smash bros). Like 'Back up', 'Push', 'Pass (for Brawl Ball), 'Pinch now', 'Heal up'. Stuff like that. This would give the game so much more strategic depth and greatly help with playing with randumbs. Thoughts?

@@Amandeepkaur-wh6mp They could add another spray/emote thingy with three dots (idk the name of it) where you can use the instructions. You can have one on the left for sprays and emotes and one on the right for instructions (or visa versa). Not that hard. Because the size of the box is customizable, it'll easily fit and it won't be too much stuff on the screen. The intructions should be short with a maximum of two words.

Speaking of gray do a challenge I can't speak until i get Gray on a new account and do the damage challenge. and if not play to get credits. plus put code kairos in the brawl stars shop

The first brawler that wins the reverse nuzlocke is one of the worst participants of it

Short answer: Yes teleportation is so strong. You should move the portals when ever you can though because they tend to backfire if left at the same spot

i agree i think like other long range supports fx byron and gus grey is verry underated in solo showdown but the thing is with byron and gus we alredy know how they do it with gus giant health pool while activating his super and byrons self sustain and suprisingly high close range damage but grey i kind of a mystery i think it might be the fact that his super is so good for an assasin that the rest of his kit does not need to have anything out of the ordinary this combined with the fact that i is one of the best escape tools in the game along with gale and janet super makes him nigh unkillable much like janet in her glorydays just without an overpowered base kit too.

Ur brawler unlocking challenge is over now i will miss that

I have every single brawler and about 32k trophies I find my self to be pretty good at the game but in my option grey is so op in duo showdown you can play with a tank and stay next to them then teleport with them to the enemy but I love grey

He's map and team reliant which makes him a bad early pick for new players. Gray is totally one of the best brawlers right now but he's so hard to play you might want to wait and upgrade him when his entire kit will be available cause his second gadget and second SP are way way better than what he has now. Just contribute to the Chester apocalipse and unlock that clown instead.

A thing that I find very weird on Gray is the attack hitbox. I think its way more thiner and harder to hit than the other Snipers like Bea and Piper. I have found myself in lots of situations where If I was another sniper I would be able to land the shot pretty easily, but with Gray I just miss completely and it makes me feel very dumb. But overall is a very good brawler because of how good he is to do surprise attacks, finish low health brawlers and kill annoying throwers. Antoher good thing about him is the damage. As I mentioned before, I find Gray's pretty hard to hit because of how thin the attack is. But if you hit you can do a pretty solid damage, not depending on range like Piper or if it's a charged attack or not, like Bea. I watched the video, you kinda disagreed with me but I think it's the more because of the difficulty of hitting his attacks than his damage that you didnt get star player much. I mean, 1624 damage on level 9 is not bad at all I guess. Edit: I forgot to mention that in Fut-Brawl his teleport is a game changer, I did so many clutch saves and great goals with it

You should make a new account and do a Nuzlocke again. It would be way more fun with the new system.

i feel like the nuzz locke videos are more fun to watch then the powerleague ones. since they're diffrent then most content on your channel. and in the brawl stars community.

He really needs a buff to his attack radius. If you miss by just 1 tile you're screwed and it's really not fair.

It's been giving me issues it is quite difficult to land some shoots but if you are good at predictions it shouldn't be much of an issue

He is good but kairos just keep focus on the shot and didn't use auto aim it good but sometimes it more use ful

yeah me too man, like the total cost of maxing out a brawler has gone so up its aprrox 12500 which is includes 1SP 1gadget and 2 common gears....well honestly thats the only issue i have with the update rest the brawler thing is super good now well hope in upcoming updates they address this gold issue too

Love how from 14:00 it's just like an English dub anime internal monologue kinda vibe that sets in hhhhh. Gray indeed is pesky. Really great value right from the get go because unlike most other brawlers, the super both gives value to the whole team & is at it's best (or cannot be better with more levels) from the start.

Kinda like how it was with Gus except his abilities. Especially the healing wasn't valuable in higher trophies unless you had the health bonanza SP so you were forced to make a use of your gadget (which you're still very reliant on but not as badly as before)

Solo so down wasn't the last gamode you can won trophy on the special Noel gamode

gray is good everywhere. bounty and knockout getting those sneak kills, duo showdown chipping away at enemies from afar and then teleport on the enemy with your teammate together is such a good strat, and while he can't damage the safe much in heist, you can run some cool strategies with bull and spike to just teleport onto the safe. the support this man provides is insane and i fully expect him to be a top 3 brawler after his new star power and gadget come out.

He is not good in knockout especially in goldarm gulch.

WoW kairos, this was one of the worst played reverse nuzzlocke (teammates included xD). Is ok, he is actually hard to use, but hearing that he is bad on bounty with his range hurt. Even with low damage, he can 3v1 a lot of times thanks to his teleport.

kairos i do believe that you should do these challenges when brawlers are fully out like all there gadgets and star powers are out ..... doing these challenges this way will definitely change the results and can give a more accurate way to say how good a brawler is .... one example ill like to take is in the knockout game when you were fighting gale alone then if u had the heal starpower (which still hasn't released at the time of typing this and the recording of this video) could have won u the game ... well i hope u read this and merry Christmas everyone!

He's nice when playing him, but as a teammate his super can get really annoying if not placed nicely

Totally agree I died so many times because my teams gray teleported me to enemy

Yesterday i was playing gray and i used my super maybe a bit to fast and it was like 2 tiles long. I didnt hit the edge of the map or anything i was in the midle of the showdown map and my super was like less than half the normal size. Its been like a week and he still has glitches interesting

Gray is kinda the brawler that got me back into playing brawl stars. I hadn’t played for real in about 8+ months but gray was too much fun so I now I’m back to playing daily.

Can you do the reverse nuzlock with old brawlers

He needs a projectile speed or width to be increased. His portal is amazing, but his attacks are terrible.

Fun fact:if for some reason you want the portal distance shorter,just autoaim the super

Is there anyway to save credits? I don't want to put them on fame, but save them to unlock the next legendary brawler for example. On a side note: I think it would be cool to be able to use credits to unlock the gadgets/star powers of the brawlers you currently have.

Something about his projectile makes it really hard for me to play him. Like, I feel like I can't see where my shots are going. That plus the fact that his projectile hitbox is so small makes him incredibly frustrating for me to play.

Definitely high skill cap, but rewarding. His roles are to keep a look out for low enemies and finish them off, or engage with enemies who used all their ammo. His gadget is also very useful, able to break walls, interrupt some ultimates. But the best thing about him is his ultimate, just use it on a teammate who is low on engaging another enemy and you can switch places with your teammate and finish them off. Same for yourself, you can switch places with a teammate that just spawned if you're low on health in a fight. (similarly i used it to kill my teammates by sending them into the enemy lines because they were being fucking idiots and the game was lost anyway lol). Anyway i feel like gray's strength is being a game maker, controlling the game and adjusting the flow, instead of focusing on dealing damage but then end up trading kills.
