Really? I'm the exact opposite. The only foods that doesn't cause me to bloat is dairy, poultry and meat. Most fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes make me feel awful. I heard a hypothesis about how some Europeans, Eurasians, Asians and Africans have evolved to consume mainly animal and animal byproducts due to infertile land. Those who grow up in fertile land (lots of vegetation) have a lower tolerance to meat and animal byproduct. I'm of European decent so maybe I have a sensitivity to those foods?.

When I was hospitalised for anorexia, because I was a vegetarian I was given tons of small portions of milk everyday. I recovered (physically) in no time. Got my muscles back without being allowed to even walk. This should tell you about the growing factor of milk.... I always considered milk my ally, because it somehow saved my life, but at the same I never recovered mentally. I'm still chronically depressed, used to suffer from insomnia, hypersomnia and even narcolepsy and I'm usually groggy and lethargic. The only thing I have never not eaten at least once a day forever is dairy. I think it's time I seriously reconsider my diet...

Dude I need to give you such a huge thanks man!!! I think this video is literally gonna make a huge impact on my life. I've been living with terrible digestion now for years, and never understood why... I developed the habit of regularly eating a few bowls of breakfast. But not just as breakfast, as my leisurely snack... Something called "Nugat bits" dude. But the problem is it's obviously with a lotta milk. Never understood why my bathroom sessions would take so long, because I always used to be very healthy... But well, back in the day I was a kid Nr. 1, and Nr. 2 I also didn't go overboard with the cereal back then. Huge thanks dude.

My family in Italy had a cow and their family and their family and their family. They all drank raw milk. The men lived until their late eighties and the women into their mid nineties. And that's with no knowledge of healthy foods doctors or medicine. I live in Pennsylvania and I found a good supplier for raw milk and been drinking it now for 2 years. No one in my family that I know of is lactose intolerant. It's all about genetics folks.

They say drinking milk of a cow grows the calf so what does eating the meat do? Unless your giving up beef entirely for that reason saying the milk is bad but the meat is healthy doesn’t make much sense...

That's telling you something. I stopped drinking milk and I can just about count pimples I get annually on one hand. I never had a ton of acne, but it's considerably less than before. There were many other sides I was getting from milk that also went away. I was suffering major depression and regularly having thoughts of suicide and violently harming my family. That all went away when I stopped. It was bugging me almost like how sick dogs become violent. That was the toll dairy was taking on me over 25-30 years of life. Imagine if I was 60 and still drinking milk. I believe it would maybe even drive me crazy. It was already adversely effecting me psychologically and probably only going to get worse. I was consuming usually a minimum of 6-8 glasses of milk daily.

its so crazy what one thing can cause so much secret havoc in your life! I stopped dairy for 3 days and I have never felt more energy and clarity. I am willing to bet there are millions of people out there with no idea why they feel bad. There is a saying that says your gut can cause your depression because of how its linked to the brain...I really wonder what just cutting out refined sugar, unhealthy carbs, lowering the gluten, and removing dairy would do? I have struggled with depression and just by doing these things I feel so much relief! Unreal.

Cow milk is for baby cows. It is full of pus and saturated fat. Casein protein is unnatural in the human body. Look up dairy and Dr. Neil Barnard.

I'm not a dairy farmer but for awhile I did drink organic milk before just ditching milk altogether, and I did some research. With "organic" milk, farmers add much less, if any at all, antibiotics and unnatural hormones. However, the cow's diet is unfortunately the same so the cows are still gravely unhealthy. The dairy demand is so high, so between organic and conventional there is not much difference.
