As with all videos on the channel. This video takes you on a fan experience of watching Club Brugge playing against Flemish rivals Zulte Waregem at the Jan Breydel Stadium and will help avid Groundhoppers decide "Is Club Brugge worth visiting for a Footy Trip?
In this video I will be letting you know if Club Brugge is a team worth visiting for a Footy Trip. This has an element of football travel vlog about it but it is much more than just a Club Brugge vlog. As well as seeing some of the action in Jupiler League in Belgium - there is also a detailed history of the biggest team from Bruges and a lot of information on the history of Bruges itself.
Although this is not a full Bruges travel guide it will show you a little of the Market Sqaure and Belfry Tower that Bruges is so well known for. From this you will get an insight into whether you think Brugge is a good place to visit. There is also an additional experience of the Brugge nightlife as we shared some post-match drinks with the Club Brugge Ultras, as of course it'd be rude not given the plethora of top class Belgian Beer available, arguably the best beers in the world.

It's seems that you landed in Charleroi if I see this correctly :) Charleroi 'Brussels-South' airport is not even close to Brussels haha. Else you could have taken a straight +/- 1-1,5hour train from the main airport 'Zaventem' straight to Bruges, the Flibco bus gave it away that you probably were in Charleroi

Yes indeed my friend, unfortunately when it comes to flying from England, Ryanair is always the cheapest but as you say, never lands in the city it advertises 😂

@@TheFootyTrip I feel your pain! It would have made your trip a lot more comfortable ;) Also, Club Brugge is planning to build a new stadium (for already more than 15 years, but issues with neighbours who fight against the plans,...) I suggest you revisit Brugge someday in the future, once it's built, since Jan Breydel stadion in it's current state is an absolute disgrace for a big team such as Club Brugge.

@@OENGERAGENCY For sure my friend, it would be a real pleasure to visit again. I still enjoyed the stadium if that's any consolation but yes, it is more traditional and lacks the modern extras which help a club grow.

Hahah, indeed, this is what i try to feedback, the balance of all the enjoyable things about going away to watch football. I don't think it's so bad in Belgium, and it's good value for money i think
now go watch them when they play a worthy opponent like union or anderlecht and not a shitty team like zulte.
