To be the face of a franchise, you must be the main bucket-getter night in night out no matter what. Barns is not that right now and I don't see it in the future. players are wired in specific ways. And He's wired to be a pass-first player. This team will be RJ's or Quicklye's team soon. Mark my word, the same people on this page talking about how wrong these guys are will be the same ones asking to trade him when he's not getting those bucket.

TSN should stick to covering hockey. I’m not sure the hate for the Raptors, it’s not all that doom and gloom. Barnes is not a finished product and will get better. Whoever gets better will be able to stick and whoever doesn’t will get shipped out. Top 5 draft picks doesn’t guarantee future performance (Pistons, Wizards) and some of these older teams (Bucs, Suns) will drop off soon. Raptors will be back at the top of the East soon.
