Reason - Pvt Colleges are only concerned with their fees not on building curriculum. Solutions - Our colleges need Incubation centres to impart the business skills in core field, if job is not there then it can be created.

AICTE is responsible for decline of status of engineering. Number of colleges get approval from AICTE with exchange of money only.. Many colleges are not upto standard.. so after graduation, unskilled engineers remained unemployed.

You are the right guy , this is exactly what I am saying go in which ever stream unless you are not been given the task of which u slogged in the college for 4 years, no other company should say that you are dumb. problem is in the whole education system which should be changed.

Answer: Bangalore. Starting 1980s neighbourhood nukkadwala engineering colleges in bangalore started dishing out engineering degrees in exchange of donation money, computer science being the most targeted stream and that's how the entire engineering study got severely diluted

Reasons behind poor state of engineering colleges are - 1 academics structure me badlav ki need , theoretical ke sath sath practical knowledge ko badhava Diya Jaye 2 academic hurdles (3 hurdles mentioned in vedio) ko dur karne ke liye semester wise planning and assistance diya jaye 3 most important, after graduation atleast ek training assistance short period ka jarur hona chaiye Most important bat yahi hai ki engineers ko support har stage PE diya jaye , during academics/skills building/ after graduation... Reasons: 1.curriculum - not updated with industrial development. 2.Poor quality of education 3.Institutions not up to the standards 4.skipping practical of subjects. Measures: 1.AICTE can close the institutes which are not up to standards. 2.Quality education must be ensured. 3.Can update curriculum as per current industrial requirements 4.Providing industrial training per semester.

मेरा मानना है की इंजीनियरों के लिए देश में अवसरों की तो कोई कमी नहीं है लेकिन उनके ही फील्ड में उनको वेतन बहुत कम दिया जाता है इसी कारण Govt जॉब्स, बैंकिंग, फाइनेंस etc. में ज्यादा वेतन वाली नोकरियों के अवसर की तलास में रहते है।।

Indian Engineering graduates are not at par with western engineering graduates, but comparatively BTech is the fastest way to be eligible for job. If you are pursuing Commerce or Arts, you need to complete Masters to be eligible for any job, which is total 5 years. MBBS is 5 yrs + MD. If you opt for engineering, you are eligible to apply for job after 4 yrs.

Improvement in Education system

Engineering is not failing, society expectations & perpective toawrds engineering is failing. its a carrier path, need to choose with passion. 99% student are started studying engineering, before knowing what they are going to daily job. Unnecessary increase in number of engineering colleges is the main reason of decline of the quality of engineering students.... There are limited MBBS colleges in India and you can see the difference in quality of engineers and MBBS doctors...

I am an engineering student at IIT BHU VARANASI.... Engineering is an important profession but since quality of students in private institutes are extremely poor and most of these private institutions(not all) are owned by rich businessman and instead of focusing on the quality of education they are just making money also students there have just joined these colleges for social status and having a degree..... It is insult of this degree . Also I respect every engineer from IIT NIT IIIT and other Central and state government engineering colleges...

Btech is the most useful degree kyuki woh kisi bhi job apne hisab se change karne ki option he.. just think about ba bcom bsc.. we are not allowed in any engineering govt exams but our field is open to all

Companies and college both are responsible for berojgar engineers, skills aquire kar li, coding sikhi, placement liya 3 companies me aur ab berojgar baitha hu joining nahi mil rahi😢😅😂

Sir you are forgetting about agriculture Bsc. Even post graduates in agriculture are working for 20k/m as field assistants.. After spending so many lakhs on agriculture Bsc earning 20k by working under a bright ☀

You just need a decent enough cv and prepare well for the interview . Most interview questions are repeated . The so called knowledge about latest technology is a bonus .
