    The "no fault" divorce law, as it is being applied in the majority of states, is a *violation of our constitutional right to contract*, as described in Article 1, sec 10 of the USC. The states are not simply "allowing" couples to divorce who mutually agree to do so - they are _forcing_ innocent parties who oppose the divorce into a breach of contract. The marriage vows _are_ the contract, and the no fault divorce is a breach of said contract. Any action by the state to force an unwilling party into a breach of the marriage contract is, therefore, a violation of their constitutional right to contract without state interference.
