Nice knobs though. If they had been bakelite they would have been 16 pounds each. 🙂

I think solder is not wear-resistant. I wonder how long switches will last and what would be a failure mode (like, can solder dust cause a short-circuit?).

I have not figured out a way to measure this yet. I have been told from another reply that I am Paul Foot the comedian. After watching some of his material I think I might be him.
