Ingredients:
1 Salmon fillet, cut into small pieces
5oz Imitation crab, cut into small pieces
1 cup cooked white or sushi rice
2 tsp white vinegar
2 nori sheets, cut into 3.5-inch squares
1 green onion, chopped, for garnish
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp kewpie mayo or regular mayo
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
2 tsp Sriracha
1 pinch salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Furikake, for sprinkling
Sauce on top:
2 tbsp mayo
2-3 tsp Sriracha
