    I am coming for news. I was in the same situation no period for almost 4 months and I have it today as miracle. What helped me was turmeric, ginger and cumin drink. I have stopped drink tea and drink spearmint instead. I have tried Apple cider vinegar and grapefruit juice

    Guys!! If you're the one who is suffering from any kind of mentioned problems..trust me even though I was suffering from 3months delayed periods..I started doing these 4 yoga stretches just after 2 days I got my periods. This is magical. I tried many things but to my dismay nothing worked out. Frankly speaking try these yoga stretches within 2-3 days you will get your periods. I heartily thank this mam.     I have pcod my period was late 45 days I took medicine also my period didn’t gone well I was did this yoga one day two time that night my block old blood gone next day got it normal typ period. I was to Mach tension about this one but now my felling relex this one to Mach useful for women❤❤

    Wow thanks a lot mam after doing this exercise within a hour i got my periods 🥳🥳 And here guys to get fast period i will say the tip of my personal experience Tip After waking up in mrng should eat sesame seeds with empty stomach And do this exercises and had Ur brk fast after 10 mins have some papaya and u can see the results within a hr or in a day coz of differ of bodys soo try it once for best results and if not had periods means do this yoga evening before coffee or tea and have some papaya juice as snack Thank u🙏❤️
