    Due to copyright, around ~27 seconds of footage had to be cut out the video (0:28 - 0:38 and 3:12 - 3:29) which is why the video randomly cuts at 0:28 and 3:02. You didn't miss any super interesting reactions but any timestamps in the comments might be out of sync. Sorry about this.

    It's fine, at least I still enjoyed the reaction. By the way, what exactly is "copyright"?

  • @stevenhoerr1459

    @stevenhoerr1459

    9 ай бұрын

    A copyright is a type of intellectual property that gives its owner the exclusive right to copy, distribute, adapt, display, and perform a creative work, usually for a limited time. The creative work may be in a literary, artistic, educational, or musical form. Copyright is intended to protect the original expression of an idea in the form of a creative work, but not the idea itself. A copyright is subject to limitations based on public interest considerations, such as the fair use doctrine in the United States. Some jurisdictions require "fixing" copyrighted works in a tangible form. It is often shared among multiple authors, each of whom holds a set of rights to use or license the work, and who are commonly referred to as rights holders. These rights frequently include reproduction, control over derivative works, distribution, public performance, and moral rights such as attribution. Copyrights can be granted by public law and are in that case considered "territorial rights". This means that copyrights granted by the law of a certain state do not extend beyond the territory of that specific jurisdiction. Copyrights of this type vary by country; many countries, and sometimes a large group of countries, have made agreements with other countries on procedures applicable when works "cross" national borders or national rights are inconsistent. Typically, the public law duration of a copyright expires 50 to 100 years after the creator dies, depending on the jurisdiction. Some countries require certain copyright formalities to establishing copyright, others recognize copyright in any completed work, without a formal registration. When the copyright of a work expires, it enters the public domain. @@PowerlinePlanet109

    If somebody wonders, why the plane would still take off after 18 hours: the crew most likely had to be brought back to home base too, and also the plane would need to be there, so flying the plane with only 4 passengers + crew is still more viable for the company than having the plane staying where it is, especially when it's a long distance flight that isn't done daily. That the plane had 18 hours of delay by the way shows that they use the same crew, as it means the crew had to wait for their 8h shift, then had to do the obligatory break for 10h and then could get back on the plane for the back trip

    I would never tip more than $5 for delivery, personally. In my experience, delivery services never go more than 10-15 miles, so if I tip $5, the delivery driver is making at least twice the minimum wage off of my tip alone, not even including their hourly wage. If someone complained about any tip I gave them, I'd be removing that tip. Even a penny is more than I have to tip.

    Ok one as a delivery driver my self yes the F U was uncalled for but on the other hand that was a door dash bag so he was using his own car, we don't know what the price of gas is, and we don't know how far he drove so it could have been 5 bucks for a 45 min. drive from the pizza place.

    No... isn't like we don't have enought class rooms... is designed that way so we don't need to waste money in more schools, and why put more schools in the same "district" if you can use the same twice or like in "high grade" with even 4 turns.. so you are using the 1 school instead 4 or more like a work with multiples crew for better work the schools have multiple "crew"... is simple logic. You can even change to your liking to go in the morning or in the afternoon (if theres a space of course) likewise in high school and university you can change for a time that works better for you.

    @@KrisMoody-wz8zl No, when you go you take a spot or as we called a "matricula" wich is you student ID number, you can't have two, if you are a good student you can ask to skip a grade, then they will tell what you need to do, (mostly is just studing the material they give you and take an exam) even in high school is the same but is more flexible and im sure that you can take two semester at the same time but not sure about the process, in high school you can even take the classes without being in the class as an "observer" you just ask the teacher that you want to take the class and is done even isn't part of your actual course you take the knowledge and based on what school you go is a big chance that you can actually do it, just ask for the exam after you took the class and done, is pretty flexible. Or you just take the "escuela abierta" open school wich is a system in you wich you can study in your house/work and when you feel that you are ready go and ask for the date for the exam and you just do it, you can do a full high school in a year or less based on how good as a student you are and yes this works for middle school, high school, college/university.

    The weirdest thing is that that sphere is *quite literally* where my apartment building (and complex) used to be. Like 15 or so years ago they tore down two entire apartment complexes, dozens of buildings, to put in construction parking for Wynn Las Vegas properties and the golf course next door (you can see how close Wynn's golf course is on Google Maps, it's literally across the street). Then a few years ago they started building that Sphere there, and it just sat unfinished for years thanks to Covid. So what used to be a bunch of homes is now a giant sphere.

    I tried finding the rate for renting The Sphere's exterior screen. The best I could find was that the owners expect to make around $25 million per year from advertising alone. So if we divide $25 million by the number of hours in a year (8760) we can assume it costs at least $2853.88 per hour to rent space on that exterior screen. I think putting Mousey's stream on that dome would be absolutely doable for a couple of hours at least.

In the CORRECT and SUPERIOR time zone (as confirmed by Mattew Elias), fireworks started going off at 9. The best way to show the time for the fireworks would be to include the distinct time zone borders and indicate the time in each time zone.

Fast forward to now literally have a pool and a hot tube in the back yard for the last 3 years and I've never even dipped my toe in it.

    Tips work weird in the US. In Sweden(and I'm guessing your country), tips are like a nice bonus offered on top of a reasonable set salary. Most delivery people here won't even blink at being given no tip, because none is assumed. In the US, as far as I know, tips are basically part of the "full salary", and if you don't get tipped, or tipped very little, you are basically not getting a full salary. Not tipping, or tipping less than it is worth is basically being an asshole in the US. Apparently Door Dash(what he was doing) also makes you use your own car, and people underestimate the cost of that. It is not just fuel, it's wear as well. It may well be that he basically lost more than 5$ on the journey That guy still shouldn't have made that outburst at a family that probably thought they were being perfectly nice though, 25% tip seems very reasonable on paper.

    16:15 that's not "to test safety" and so on. First of all - climb angle is highly exaggerated by telescopic objective. Second - climb angle depends only on mass in general. On take off planes uses take off trust even if the plane is empty - it's a safety feature to mitigate engine failure and to reduce takeoff roll. So the thrust is always max and not depend on weight. Right after lift off pilots control speed to not exceed flaps down limit. If they see speed is increasing too fast - they increase climb. In this scenario empty plane will climb faster simply because it requires less lift force.
