IRONMAN TRIATHLON DIET & TRAINING | 5,000+ Calories & 11 Mile Run | Nick Bare's Routine

In today's video I follow a typical Wednesday of my favourite fitness personnel, Nick Bare. Not only is he a beast in the gym, he's also training for his second Ironman triathlon.
An Ironman triathlon consists of a long distance swim, bike ride and marathon run in that order. It take incredible amounts of athleticism to complete one of them as they are seen as arguably the most difficult one day sporting events in the world!
Nick sent me a day in his life of training and his standard prep diet. The day consists of 3 workouts, including an 11 mile run and 5,000+ calories.
Hope you enjoy the video! Thanks for watching!

You go about training for it by going harder than last time. But in all seriousness I did 13 years of competitive triathlons but I never even did an Iron Man myself it’s literally that long and that brutal wanted to do one but it’s 10 to 15 hours of cardio in one day and not the easiest thing to tackle

@@cup6669 and speaking of getting hot and moist Ladies and gents, IT'S TIME FOR THE ULTIMATE PARTNERED WORKOUT. This workout will be done to get your heart rates up and to please both you and your partner so without no further to do, get a condom in hand, along with a sip of some pre workout with viagra along with some water and let's get started. First, we gotta warm up(aka foreplay), that means mobility stretches, kissing, cuddling, teasing, etc. Try to do this for at least 15 minutes but don't go too long you'll just hit failure. Warm up finished? Sweet, now it's time to get to work. Exercises: Blowjobs(superset with a deepthroat): At least 5 min or until you almost hit failure Cunilingus(superset with fingering): At least 5-10(or more) until she almost hits failure Doggystyle: At least 5-10 minutes until close to failiure *Tip, brace your core while you're repping her out and maintain good form and good eye contact. Having bad form can lead to having an injury so be careful. Cowgirl: At least 5-10 minutes until close to failiure Reverse Cowgirl: At least 5-10 minutes until close to failiure *Another tip, don't just do the movement, feel the movement Missionary: At least 5-10 minutes until close to failiure Once you reach failure, LET THE PARTNER so that you can pull out and explode Rest for 20-30 minutes and see if you and your partner can go for another round of this workout.

The hard part is when you ramp up and are training 20+ hours a week and working a full time job, and still have other obligations. I admire the people that do race after race and are constantly training. I’m hoping to do Ironman Argentina, and then Ironman New Zealand in March next year.

You have the time, financial means, supportive partner, and determination. You are super fit but didn’t talk about your end goal much. Something like this could BLEO YOUR CHANNEL UP.
